Cold hands- Warm-
I am visiting my aunt here in Medford NY and we went here tonight for dinner. All I can say is WOW to the amazing tasting food, I had a platter of salmon and a rice & beans with yuca.. everything was so delicious it makes me want to try everything on the menu! Sadly I am only visiting and I am leaving tomorrow to go home. The staff here is very polite, service was wonderful as well. I will be back to visit my aunt again and I most definitely will return to this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food. ☺️❤️

I’ve been here twice and had a Bandeja Paisa both times. It was delicious and enough food for two meals. Service was good and my wife enjoyed her food also. She’s Colombian and said the food was traditional.

I went with my mom to this restaurant and its the worst, the waitresses are the WORST, they were doing faces “ ” we ordered and they just threw the plates, they never came to ask if everything was okay or something, we were raising our hand for minutes mind you it was just us and another table (they weren’t busy) if we asked for something else they were annoyed. Food is amazing! Full serving dishes. The pitcher of sangria or margarita is only $30 served 5 of us. The atmosphere is family friendly. Just the runners and servers were awful,No clue of what they were doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To start, if you’re looking to order an arepa with cheese, your best bet is to specify, otherwise they will give you small corn cakes without any cheese. The food was alright, I couldn’t taste the difference between the steak and chicken for some reason, it was a weird taste. And if you’re expecting to get good service DO NOT COME HERE. I have never received such bad service from a restaurant before until tonight. Our server did not come once to ask whether we needed water or anything, they brought our food out and didn’t give us utensils until we asked because we waited around for them thinking they were bringing them. Me and my partner had to share our drink because they never came to refill drinks or anything. We will definitely not be coming here again.

Hi as a frequent client for years i order my food and expecting the best as always but for the first time my food was serve cold and a ask the waitress to warm the food not once but 3 times i was obviously upset of this experience.the waitress should inspect the food before serving.
