I want to start out by saying that the management here is clearly doing something right. The food was all made fresh, the sandwich and fries were both delicious. The young lady taking orders was so polite and cheerful. I hope the crew here is appreciated and recognized for their efforts. I had over a decade in fast food management and I would be so proud of everyone if this was my crew!

This was an immaculate place to walk and eat in. The manager was definitely on point and the food was awesome. I have eaten onion rings in a lot of fast food and sit down family restaurants but have found that can be at Freddy’s. The food was hot! I had to blow the onion rings before I could eat them; What a delight! Oh, and there were so many of them. My daughter got the same meal(the patty melt) but with fries. The portions of fries were just unbelievable. I suggest that you try the onion rings and fries with their fry sauce and seasoning. My onion rings were so good I barely touched the sandwich. We are at the restaurant but I am taking pictures here at home before I finish this awesome meal and start my Christmas cooking.This was my first time eating there but it definitely won’t be my last. Great job people and especially to the manager.

I just want to say tonight’s experience was amazing! The food was excellent, and I can already tell the service has improved a lot compared to a few weeks ago. One of the managers, Nisha, really stood out. She was polite, friendly, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.
In the past, my kids’ orders would sometimes get mixed up, but not this time… everything was perfect. I came in around 7 p.m., and the store was spotless, which I truly appreciated. That’s a big difference from before!
Overall, tonight was a great experience, and I just wanted to share my appreciation. Keep up the great work, Freddy’s team

We’ve eaten here multiple times and the service was always quick, the food great, and the atmosphere is a lot like the old 50s diners – linoleum and chrome tables, red checkered napkins.
The shakes were not as firm as I would have liked, but decent. Certainly firm enough to hold together, yet thin enough to pull through a straw.
Their fries and onion rings are crisp and salted to perfection.

The limited time smokehouse bacon cheddar burger is GREAT! I hope y’all keep it on the menu. Strawberry shake was delicious! It has real strawberries and is nice and thick. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. From kitchen to bathrooms, the place was very clean. This was the first time I have been to a Freddy’s and will definitely be back. Little pricey over other fast food burger joints but worth it!

Stopped by Freddy’s tonight in Horn Lake today with my kids and everything was impressive. The food was fresh and hot, the service was friendly, and the store looks so much cleaner and more put-together than it used to. Our order came out fast, and my kids loved their custards.

Food was terrible, old and hard. Not edible at all. Tried to call and speak with a manager no answer. I ordered a patty melt with no onion. The meat is hard and dark and of course had onions. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich which isn’t edible at all. I wouldn’t fed this to my dog! Very disappointed

When I got home to find out, it was a chicken sandwich. So, went back up there with my receipt, they said they would fix it. My mistake didn’t check it while I was there thought it would be fine. Come to find out it was a half burnt sandwich with burnt onions. And they didn’t put my receipt in the bag. I was done……

Yay a new restaurant in our area! The boys and I went to try Freddy’s out. We were very happy with our choice. It was a bit busy and it first no seating available. But the service was very fast so people were moving in and out. The amount of food you get is a hearty helping. The quality of food is very good, very tasty. Customer service was excellent. Overall I must try. Only “negative” about it is it is kind of pricey.

The turtle sundae should be illegal…yumyumyumyumyum. super incredible and the pecans to die for in there. The lady whom made it was so nice. She even gave us a sample of custard because we had never had it.. chili dog was super amazing too. Ate it to quick to take a picture! Lots of parking and nice and open in here for wheelchairs.
