Every time I come to OK to visit my grandma, I eagerly anticipate a trip to Braum’s for ice cream and fries! And I do mean every time! The flavors are amazing and cold. The fries are crinkled and hot. The ketchup was out, I made the staff know and they got right on replacing it! This time I got the double scoop hot fudge sundae! Delicious. They made our whole order up very quickly, even though they were extremely busy! Excellent experience!

There were at least 5 people standing around doing nothing , but yet all the tables were dirty. The store as a whole was honestly pretty dirty. You should take a minute and consider what people think when a store is this dirty

I did not order extra pickles, I did order extra sauce. There was very little on the bun and the meat was cold. Braums is getting just as bad as all the other fast food for quality. I have no problem waiting a few minutes for fresh of the grill burgers. You won’t get it here anymore. This isn’t the first time the food was not fresh.

The staff is nice. Drive thru is typically slow. They’re always out of something. Example is 3:30 on a Saturday and they have no frozen yogurt.

Had sundaes. They were very good. I had mango ice cream 2 Scoop Hot Fudge sundae. The mango was (happily) spicier than I would have expected. Also had a 2 scoop Hot Fudge sundae made with German Chocolate and Rocky Road ice cream. Braums uses local 2A milk from their own herd.

Just had a hip replacement went to get banana split then had to pull forward to wait only to get an incomplete banana split with not fudge or marshmallow and hubby’s single sundae didn’t have much fudge either. No spoons no napkins nothing
