Usually a good location, but this is the second time they’ve skimped me on chicken. Making a bad day worse, I guess I TECHNICALLY got four pieces. \ Update: Added a star. Ordered a three piece and received four. It’s still wrong, but I guess it evens out somehow.

I had a banana split and my wife had a blizzard. Both were topped extremely well and generously with toppings. Both tasted great.
The service was okay. Standard. Nothing amazing, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be.

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order came out quickly, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. The ice cream was perfect. And I want to appreciate the young man that took my order.

3.9.24: I went through the drive-thru to pick up a snack for the 45 minute drive home. I tried the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard and the Pretzel Sticks with Cheese. I was hesitant on the cheesecake blizzard because I thought it’d be too heavy with the cheesecake chunks and caramel cups. I was wrong–it was a great combo and I’d get it again. The pretzel sticks were hot and soft and not too salty. It was the perfect snack.

So I went in to buy a cake for my friend’s birthday, which was $50, which was crazy. They offered to put happy birthday on it, and as I’m waiting for them to write the happy birthday on the cake, they tried to kick out 2 girls and then 2 other girls came in, I followed them outside and started A screaming battle so all the employees decided to go outside. While I’m waiting for my cake to get finished by the time they all came in, including the manager. My cake had melted… So instead of offering to fix it, I just asked for a refund. I tried to talk to the manager after I left Because I was disappointed when I told her she was very unprofessional, on how she handled the situation… So I left with no happy birthday Cake, no cake and have to wait 24 hours to get my $50 back. I will not be coming back to this establishment……

I used to go to Dairy Queen and have no issues but now when I go to Dairy Queen, they’re always forgetting to put stuff in my order. For example I went there last week and I ordered the chicken strip basket with country gravy and fries and they didn’t give me country gravy the chicken was cold and the fries were cold as well And I had two orders of this, and I also had two orders of blizzards. We had to call them and tell them how we just paid over $30 and the food is completely cold and we’re missing fries and the blizzard that I got was supposed to be the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and they literally just took vanilla ice cream and put some brownie bits in it. The ice cream was white and this is not the first time of me ordering this blizzard is very disappointing. They told us that if we want country gravy, we can go in the drive-through line just note that we were already home and we told them this and they did not tell us that they could give us like new food or anything even though it’s completely cold. I live like five Ish minutes away from Dairy Queen so The food shouldn’t even get that cold that quick and I had it in the thermal bag. It’s just annoying you know you pay over $30 and it’s cold and it’s not even made correctly. We didn’t even get the ice cream changed or anything. I’m just never gonna go there again and top it off I Got food poisoning from Dairy Queen.

Everything was good, but we asked for ketchup & didn’t get it, but we were literally there minutes before closing, so we cldn’t get any, even though it only took us a few minutes to realize we didn’t have it. Other then that, it was all good!!

So I ordered one of those Valentine’s Day ice cream cakes from here and they made the whole process quick and painless. Then the day I picked it up I decided to grab some lunch with my kids as well. I was surprised at how good the food was!!! Lunch was delicious! My kids had a blast and we greatly enjoyed the cake as well. In addition to all this, the staff was very friendly and kind, especially to my kids. Great experience all around.

My daughter and my grand daughter just left there. I go there all the time, with my grand kids. Spend allot of money. $50.00 dollars 4 days ago. The girl argued over my daughter paying $8.00 more money for extra cotton candy flavored blizzard, not even pink, I tasted it, taste more vanilla. And my daughter went back 3 times. She, Never got it right. The north DQ my daughter goes there all the time, its always perfect. We know how it taste. How embarrassing that the gir treated my daughterso terrible. I will never go there again. I always tip $5.00, when I go in there. I am so upset. My daughter is a kind person. She came home with a girl who ruined her night. You go out to have fun at these places. Not like this.
