What a perfect little spot! We both got rare beef pho one large, one extra large and very tasty. We also got a deep-fried spring roll, which in my opinion was a bit over fried, but the soup definitely made up for it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Pho Fusion is such a gem! It’s a small, family-run restaurant owned by a lovely mother and daughter, and my family has been coming here for years. Every time we eat out, the kids always ask to go to Pho Fusion, it’s our comfort spot.
We tried almost everything on the menu, but our go-to dishes are the Pho Dac Biet and the beef / pork vermicelli with spring roll. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with just the right mix of spices. The noodles are always cooked perfectly, and the meat (especially the brisket and rare beef) is so tender they practically melt in your mouth. The pork vermicelli is fresh and full of flavor, with crispy spring rolls, juicy grilled pork, and plenty of herbs and veggies that make each bite light but satisfying. We always finish our meal with an avocado milkshake, which has become our little family tradition. It’s creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness.
What really keeps us coming back, though, is the people. The daughter, Cali, is the sweetest. She always greets us with a smile, remembers what we like to order, and even small details from our conversations. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine kindness and care these days.
If you’re ever in the Newmarket/Aurora area, Pho Fusion is a must-try for a fresh, flavorful, and quick meal! I guarantee it’s kids approved as well.

This has to be the best Pho restaurant I’ve tried.
A day before that I was talking to a Vietnamese lady who owns a business (not Pho) about traditional Việt food. She mentioned something about how every kind of noodles should have a unique soup taste & herbs etc
The restaurant wall of fame is filled with customers’ reward. However there was a modest vibe & look to it, which I loved. The size isn’t massive which to me is a good thing. They were super generous with their herbs and let me tell you, fans chose them their favorite for a reason: the food tasted soooo yummy. Beef noodles (Bun Bo Hue) & Pho noodles stock tasted distinctly spot on, aka authentic. Two bowls of noodles were full of toppings & aromatic. Shrimp rolls were amazing. Staff were friendly and fast. It had calm and relax atmosphere. I forgot about the price but I think it was reasonable. Not a lot of customers on that day, surprisingly.
It is almost small in space though.
I’d come back and try other dishes from them. Quite far from where I live but it’s worth the drive ❤️

OH MY SWEET GOD, the food here is so fresh and fragrant. I had the tofu vermicelli bowl and the tofu was substantial and grilled, I wish I took a picture but I literally dove in too fast. My friend had the pork vermicelli bowl and also said it was incredible. The only photo I got was if the restaurant at the end of the night haha! Anyways, if you live here or are passing through, you must come eat here

Pho Fusion is hands down my favorite place for pho. Every bowl is packed with incredible flavor, fresh ingredients, and a rich, perfectly balanced broth that keeps me coming back. The spring rolls and fresh rolls are easily some of the best I’ve had in years. My go-to combo — the lamb chop with steamed rice — always completes the meal perfectly.

This place is very special to me. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it just happened to be the place my now husband took me on our first date, and I still go there to this day. Tried Pho Fusion recently—the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the owner is very sweet. We had pho, goi cuon, and hu tieu. Overall, the dishes were average; flavors were okay, but the hu tieu was missing some chives, which would’ve added more depth. Not bad, but could use a little more attention to detail. Still a nice spot for a casual meal, and the friendly vibe makes it worth a visit

I have been coming to this location for 2-3 years now and it’s honestly the best pho I have ever had. I always have an amazing experience here. The food is always hot and fresh and does not typically take long to come out. The staff here are really sweet and take good care of their customers. My top picks from here are the A18, A04 and H01.

We had a good experience at pho fusion. Went there for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Our server was prompt and welcoming and the ambience was good as well. We ordered a veg pad Thai and mixed seafood pho in chicken broth. Both tasted really good and the qualities were sufficient – happy tummy! Definitely coming back to try more.
