As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Man i will never order here again not only did they give me cheesesteak bites covered in powder sugar which were suppose to be cheesecake bites. Then the burger i paid 12+ dollars for was thinner than the lettuce. Absolutely pissed off.

My food was ready almost immediately and it was right during a busy lunch break. The gentleman that served me was extremely friendly and a pleasure. The food was delicious I will definitely be returning to this checkers for lunch again in the near future!!!!

This checkers is the nastiest one I have ever been too! Every time I go here I spend almost $30 hoping that they have gotten better after not coming for months at a time. My food is always cold, the toppings for the sandwich is always mushy, old and nasty! The fries always taste old with old grease. This location needs new management asap! Why is it that people pay $25-30 for food from here and the food is terrible! Don’t go here unless you just need a quick soda. They need to shut this location down! I’m calling the health department today to make sure things are in order at this place! Where is the manager. This sandwich was not fresh as you can see I literally live across the street from the location and this sandwich taste like it’s Ben dipped in water!

Great service. I love the ice cream.Jazz is an asset to this location. She uplifts me when I come through the drive thru. She is always smiling( a beautiful smile at that). I have had Covid lately and ws just craving the ice cream. I was just not feeling well emotionally and physically. Well….Jazz uplifted the emotional aspect of me today. Her attitude shows that she is caring and empathetic. I simply believe that when someone is doing a great job, we should tell them! Keep up the good work, JAZZ!!

This is By far the worst Checkers and Fast Food restaurant that I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a few really bad experiences at this store . The young adults are VERY rude and ignorant , one of the young adults even made a threat . It’s a poorly managed store . They don’t teach their young employees Proper Customer Service. I placed an order and had to wait over 20 mins for my Food and the only reason I got it was because I got out my vehicle to question how much longer my order was gonna be . The staff was Extremely rude . They were on there phones and standing around talking . It’s sad that paying customers have to have these kinds of experiences. Customers pay there hard earned money and deserve better treatment and service than that . I asked for names and the manager told me she wasn’t giving me her name or the other employees names .What ever happened to wearing name badges ??I wish the CEO would get more involved with this store , this store is in my community and My family and I should be able to come here and receive good service . I will be taking it a step further tomorrow because this TRULY unacceptable

I ordered a 5 peice chicken tenders, with a medium Fries, also an Sundae. When I get yo my destination to check my food, my order was wrong & there was a grey hair to go along.

Pulled up and was greeted by AI taking my order, which is apparently no better than an actual person. AI messed up my order. Lady remade it and it was still wrong. I have no plans to revisit this checkers, despite its convinience
