I wanna know WHY I waited 20 minutes for burgers to look like this. I thought quarter meat was “made fresh” it wasn’t. My mocha frappe had literal ice chunks that were too big to fit in the straw, had to throw out HALF of the $5 drink.
Its no surprise that this fast food chain has taken a nose dive in market, its taken a nose dive in quality.
And Robert has to be the most rude individual I’ve met in my life. He got disrespectful for ONE question about when the holiday pies were released.

Place is always dirty employees are almost always rude not all but working window’s taking orders are. I never get take out from here and today proved why I never do got a mcgriddle and had black hair in it i have light brown hair and a red beard so not mine and thats not the first time I will never eat there again thanks for reminding why I never eat McDonald’s

Person working drive through was rude , I wanted order read back to me because on the order screen my order did not show up . I heard her say she did not have time for this. There was one cae in front of me and one car behind me. If she can’t handle that she needs to work someplace else. She needs a class in manners. I have not been treated rudely at Mcdonalds until now. This was not a young person working but someone older. I guess McDonald’s needs to have classes in manners.

They are very impatient I hate giving bad reviews. It’s always the same people every time I go there they have messed up on my order every single time. Every time I get a big Mac, we either don’t get it and then have to go into complain or they don’t put Mac sauce on it they’re very pushy too when you’re trying to take your order, especially the girl who wears the thing over her head it’s close to our home, but I will avoid going there if I can go to another one, and I advise the same thing to anyone else I know . The food is also not always fresh. I found a black hair in my food there and I have a light brown hair.

The woman taking orders at the drive through was so incredibly RUDE! I am a new app user and she was literally huffing so loud through the speaker because she was impatient even tho I explained that I was unsure how it worked she gave no advise only a stank attitude I didn’t deserve to be taken out of my character because she hates her job do her a favor and fire her

Got a double quarter meal. Never ever have I got one that the box was soaked in grease. When I opened the box there was so much grease the bun was soaked and completely soggy. The guy at the window never said one word and almost tossed me the bag.

3 times, it happened and the third time is thr last. Every time I order a mocha frap I never get what I ask for on it. I simply ask for an expresso shot AND crushed oreos. And I never get those aside from one time. If they dont have any fine, but maybe tell me instead of just handing me my drink. Other wise ill assume the worst and that is it get put on there. Ive let it go to many times (more than 3) if it didn’t cost extra money everything it would be fine. But im wasting money that I could use on something else.

Ordered two sandwiches, double quarter pounder and a big Mac. No pickles requested. Got a single quarter pounder, both sandwiches had pickles, wrong size drink and the fries were cold. No idea what happening to places on the north end of wooster, but they need to step their game up. It’s fast food, not surgery.

Burbank Road McDonald’s seriously needs to get it together. I ordered nuggets and they sent me… a bag of sauce. Just sauce. Not one nugget in sight.
I called to get it fixed, and instead of acting like a manager, the one on the phone got all defensive and hung up on me. If that’s their idea of “customer service,” I’m scared to see what the bare minimum looks like.
I’m severely second hand embarrassed for each of you working tonight 12/7/25.
Between the sloppy order prep and the attitude-filled management, this location is a whole mess. Step it up
