I’m not a big person to leave bad reviews but when I unwrap my burger and this is the first thing you see it makes you look more at your food. I guess this is what you get when you think man I wish they would’ve put a little more mustard or ketchup on this sandwich. I don’t believe I’ve ever said oh my mustard is all I taste. So be careful what you wish for. The burger isn’t the problem the extra item attached to my burger is my problem. That tells me one thing the cook didn’t scrape the grill before cooking more or the liner that’s on the top half of the grill may need to be changed due to burning of product. I use to work at McDonald’s so yes I understand what truly goes on in the back. The floors were greasy in the lobby making you slide a little with every step. The manager on shift was super helpful and quick with noticing a customer was at the register. I’m seriously not trying to be a Karen but I hope this helps.

This place treated us really great many times. Really like the updated dining area. Not sure if it’s a new or just remodeled but we got great service midday today. I know there are bad reviews on *service, I take that seriously. I cannot stand being treated badly at any dining place: fast food places to nicer places, we deserve to be treated well. Today, Kay was a sweetheart And our food was fresh I appreciate your efforts McDonald’s.

I went in at 10:34 and asked if I could still get a steak , egg and cheese biscuit. The associate said he would check. They said all they had for breakfast was a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I told him never mind, I’d just take a sweet tea to go. He said all they had was coffee due to a C0 2 leak. He was trying. I’ll give him that, but I did not want to tell him that you don’t need C02 to make sweet tea. So I went elsewhere. Need list to say I was disappointed.

The manager and all other employees were incredibly nice compared to any other location I’ve been to across the US. Of course the food is always what it is, but this location had the best demeanor I’ve seen in a long while.

I’m really disappointed. Once again, my order was wrong. They forgot my fries and my sauces. I shouldn’t have to double-check my bag every single time just to make sure I’m getting what I paid for. The expectation is that the staff do their job correctly and provide the full order, and that clearly isn’t happening here. Very frustrating experience.

I was given a burger and it was wrong so when i asked politely if it could be fixed this is what i received!! The same burger and disgust!! First off it’s cross contamination taking a burger i already touched and than mutilate it for a second time!! Pictures to follow!! Everytime i give this place a second third fourth chance it’s just worse everytime!!

Usually I only leave reviews if it’s five stars, but I had to post this. maybe I’m showing my age, but I walked in to pick up my order. First time I use the app. The app worked great. The food was waiting for me, However, the girl working in the counter just stood there when I said can I get some ketchup please? I asked again and she said uh huh and walked away never came back. Then as I’m eating my meal she sat down with a bunch of friends at a table and started yakking away. Sadly Employees at McDonald’s are nothing quality wise compared to what Chick-fil-A is able to attract. Food is always consistent though and I’ll be back.

Another great customer experience thanks to the folks at this McDonalds. Your awesome performance even caused a fight in my home. My order wasn’t even close. Wife stopped by in order to grab a quick meal on a Friday night while we have 3 sick kids anxiously waiting for their “happy meals”. She purchased a double Qtr lber w cheese (mobile order) and added mac sauce at the drive thru and got a single w out sauce. Sweet Tea no ice came all ice as if you guys wanted to just ruin someone’s evening. For the happy meals my kids got multiple apple slices when no one wanted anything but fries. My son got a double i guess the extra pattie was good on his sandwich and thank you for making it with onions and ketchup after it was specifically asked without. Oh my large fry was half filled and three days cold. I took one bite of my burnt bun burger and out of anger I slammed it all in the trash. It is not my usual thing to do this but you guys must understand that people don’t deserve this even if you are having a tough day or a busy one. Quit that place if you’re not a fan of providing a decent service to folks. Have a wonderful day McDonalds I’m not coming back to this place again. 1 star could’ve been 0 but it didn’t let me.

This mcdonalds had some high customer traffic inside the lobby as well as the drive-thrue, all the wire the staff is nailing it serving meals as ordered with quality presentation and taste so fresh even my service dog Rogue had to admire her sausage egg cheese mcgriddle before she ate it.
Very clean considering how busy it was resuscitation with the trooical storm weather.
Flawless customer service is flawless and the food, and yet, with all the what should be busy madness, the staff was calm and collected yet handling it like champs.
Kudos to the locations management and its team.

I ordered two sodas and fries and had to wait 28 minutes in line to get luke warm flat soda and cold fries. If I wouldn’t have paid I’d get out of line….. I don’t know if they are short staffed or if this is the result of Bidenomics.
