My date and I agreed on Chili’s at this location Saturday night. We’re both glad that we did. Overall, pleasant experience. Food was appetizing. Our server Liz was the sweetest and most adoring lady ever. She first greeted us with an “ALOHA!” and she was very attentive. At the end of the night, she gave us both floral necklaces for us to keep and even offered to take a picture of us just because we “looked so cute together”. It’s extraordinary and polite service like this that would make me come back here again. Big shout out to Liz and the rest of the Chilis team here.

She was a whole vibe, She was so Funny and Sweet and She brought the food out hot and fresh and She literally refilled my drink as soon as I finished it .

My friend and I had a great dinner at Chili’s! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was casual and welcoming. Our waitress Liz was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food? HOT and DELICIOUS. That burger was juicy and cheesy, just how I like it. And don’t even get me started on the sides…loaded mashed potatoes, loaded baked potato soup, and tortilla soup all hit the spot. We basically had a comfort food sampler platter, and not a bite was left behind.
10/10 would definitely come back for another round of great food, great service, and great company. Chili’s, you did that!

We had the pleasure of having Liz as our server and she went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! She was so kind and attentive to not just us but our two boys as well! The food was also very good and flavorful! Very impressed with this location and very very impressed with Liz! Ask for her you will not be disappointed!!

A Nasty Easter Sunday meal. 1 star for the food today. This was a 1st. Been a fan for over 17 yrs at this location. I know all the servers . The food was nasty. The French fries done on the outside but hard on the inside. Quesadillas were burnt and hardly no chicken inside. The bean queso was watery. I sent the queso back . It was brought back to me just reheated. The manager , said that this is the new recipe. Smh I’ll pass and go somewhere else next time.

Went there today 2/28/26 for late lunch. We walked in party of 3, it wasn’t that busy still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, no big deal. We had our 10 year old granddaughter with us and they sat us in the bar section at the very back booth near the takeout window. Sat there for almost another 15 minutes before the waitress walked by and said she’d be back in a minute… about 8 minutes later came back took our order and said she’d be was the only one serving on the bar side due to call ins. We understood but then it took over 45 minutes to get our food! She said that the manager jumped in to help the line cooks because they were behind but she would send him out to talk to us because of the long wait and then never bothered to send him out. Waitress was very condescending and others around us were getting their orders without delay. I have never not tipped for service in fact my husband says I always over tip, not today, left no tip and will not go back to that location..

This is our favorite chili’s to eat at and generally when there is a celebration, this is where is chosen to eat. The food and the service are usually on point but this time it was a little lacking, hence only 4 stars. The food just didn’t seem to be as good as usual, especially our favorite Nashille Hot Fried Mozzarella. It was just kinda bland and one of them oozed out at least 2 tbsp of red oil when I cut into it. Additionally it was my birthday and I told them that I don’t care for sweets so the server talked to the manager who said they would take some of the charge off of one of the 6 piece orders of mozzarella we ordered for the table but that was never applied. Was it still enjoyable? Yes, will we return? Also yes. I don’t fault anything, just came give it the 5 stars it usually gets.

Our visit was amazing from start to finish. We had a 7pm reservation and we were seated at 7! Furthermore Bene, our server was super attentive, and on it! She was a delight! We will definitely be back!

I haven’t been to Chili’s in a long time, and I had a gift card, so I decided to try it again. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty quiet. I wasn’t seated as fast as I like (it may’ve taken 3-4 minutes) as there wasn’t necessarily a wait, just nobody sitting people. Once I was seated, the waitress was friendly and helped me understand the menu. Our food arrived in decent timing and was DELICIOUS! I do have to say, though, that the menu has changed a lot from how I remember it to be. However, if you still can find something you like, it still tastes just as great as it used to. This is a great Chili’s location overall, and I highly recommend Chili’s Grill & Bar @ Webb Gin for a great family-friendly, casual dining experience.

Love the service and atmosphere but have to give a 4 star instead of a 5 star for my order since I didn’t like the Bacon Avocado Grilled Sandwich. The Cesar salad and the fries that came with the sandwich was excellent though. Molten chocolate for dessert was delicious!
