As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There’s a Reason Checkers has the Best fries in the FastFood Industry…it’s because of how hot and crispy and crunchy they come out every time I go!! The service was quick and friendly with a nice environment and quick drive thru!.
I tried there New Steak Double and boy oh boy was it good!! Very different from other steak burgers I’ve tried!! But well worth it!!! there chicken sandwiches though I’ve had before I’m not too found of.
The Big Buford is always a good choice aswell for your first time at checkers!Checkers!! But always make sure you leave home with there FRIES!!! IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!

Bought my food on their app. Went to the line with the app orders. The line goes down to the person in front of me after 10 minutes. Waited 20 more minutes to get up to the window. Waited another 10 for my food. It’s practically cold. Could’ve solved it with one person at that window, but they couldn’t do that right

It took a very long time to get our food. When we finally got it everything was there. Unfortunately they did not make our wings buffalo like we asked. The baconator was delicious but the loaded fries were way too salty. While we were waiting, three different people came back because their food was wrong. The worker even argued with a lady who said she was missing a sandwich and straight up refused to make her another one. Not a place i would frequent, I’d search for a better burger place who has better staff. Also they said the bathrooms needed to stay locked and they refused to give a key. I had enough time to walk to Publix to use the bathroom and come back while my family was still waiting. Good food but man they need better help.

I’m very disappointed if I could give zero stars I would. My 10 year old nephews burger wasn’t fully cooked he was half way through the burger when we noticed that the burger was still raw in the middle of his burger, I called the restaurant and they told me to bring my receipt so they can make me a new order so I did, they refused to make me another burger because I didn’t bring the burger to them why would I lie about getting a raw burger that makes no sense checkers has always been my favorite burger joint not anymore if my nephew gets sick I will be filing a law suit claim! I don’t think I’ll be buying checkers for a very long time.

The staff at this location is always amazing and the food is always fresh! Tonight a lot of door dash orders came in and the line got backed up right as I arrived. People really had the audacity to start honking. The lady apologized to me and I said hey your fine it wasn’t me thinking and I already yelled at them to chill out. So take your time. Some people man… smh. So shout out to the patient staff tonight! Keep going your killing it.

ZERO STARS!!! Ordered an triple burger combo and 10pc wing angry Buffalo well done and I was told to park so the wings can be cooked longer as I requested! waited 15 to 20 mins and 2 guys came out with my order one with the drink and one with one bag. I had checked the bag and looked at the burger and was given the wrong burger so I showed the young man before he walked off and he stated he needed the burger back to show the manager which was fine but then he walked off and started talking to someone in a truck so I got out and went to the manager and ask him to make my sandwich and that his worker is to busy talking to friends with the wrong burger in his hand. Manager was very rude and then had someone else make the burger! After getting home I checked my other items 10pc which had almost NO SAUCE checked was soft and discolored and NOT well done and some pcs was uncooked! I will try to post the pics if it allows me! Do not recommend this location nor recommend dealing with the manager! 10.16.2021 @ around 9 or 10pm!!

Generally I’m happy with this location, it’s the one I usually use, however, I ordered an ice cream cone, the young lady took my money, with gloves and a mask… thankfully! However she used her gloved hand that JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND HANDED ME MY ICE CREAM CONE!? YUK.! THATS GROSS, I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD HANDLE MONEY AND FOOD ANYWHERE ….NO ONE WANTS THE MONEY PERSON TO CONTACT MY FOOD! EVER!

I am very disappointed at the poor qualitlity of my food today. The double checker burger and the spicy chicken sandwich were old like they were cooked 2 hours ago and left in a warmer. That food should be discarded, and not sold to customers. I would not come back to that place. Sad because I like checkers.
