We love Madison and Emily! We came in on our trip home to feel the nostalgia of Fazolis and the food was just as we remembered! It was so yummy!
You can tell Madison and Emily and the whole team here today take great pride in their work. They were attentive, helpful, and patient with us while we decided on our order.

It’s ok for fast food but if your looking for good Italian cuisine this is not the spot. I also thought it on the pricey side for no better then it was. I had baked spaghetti with meat balls and the cheese was not backed on it. It was just melted on the top the meatballs tasted like potted meat and the sauce was bland. It was like tomato sauce.

We are new residents to Missouri and today we stopped at this Fazoli’s in Springfield,MO. We had an excellent meal and I have to say the best service from Talia A. She was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great customer service. It was one of the better Fazoli’s we have been to in a long time. Clean, food was great and like I said cheerful employees. Great job

Very pleasantly surprised! Stopped for a quick meal and the staff was friendly and food was quick and fresh. Staff checked on us and cleared our table as needed, and worked on keeping the lobby tidy . Can’t wait to come back!

I have to say me and my family were extremely impressed with the service. Great hospitality. Bathrooms were super clean. Came around and asked us 3 times if we wanted more bread sticks.

Ordered the sampler to go. My first time there. One meat ball with spaghetti and Lasagna was so salty it was almost unedible. Not sure if Alfredo should have chicken but it’s only noodles in sauce. I was still hungry for the price. At least I got a couple of bread sticks right?

Gotta start with the breadsticks! OMGosh they are still crazy good! Soft and buttery and garlicky. Gone are the old days of employees with baskets offering breadsticks throughout your meal. They plop down a pile of them when you sit down instead. It’s insane!
Our baked ziti had good sauce and terrific melty cheese. It was a good portion too.
The double slice of cheese pizza, however, was not as appetizing. It didn’t look fresh and hot. In fact it looked rather over cooked. The taste wasn’t too bad, but certainly nothing to write great comments about.
The pepperoni cheese sticks were the perfect size and came fresh and hot. It was wonderful pulling apart sticks and seeing the cheese stretch and pull.
Our last visit we had extra special service. Amber, after bringing us breadsticks, asked if we needed anything and I realized I had no napkins. She grabbed them and asked if I needed a fork or knife and brought those too. She followed up about more breadsticks before we left and brought us to-go boxes and bags. Awesome service! Gold !

It’s you’re average fast food restaurant. Nothing bad nor great about the food/atmosphere. If you’re looking for a quick bite this is a good and clean spot to do so.
