Wife and I came here after morning errands and decided since we drove by it many times we need to try it out. The service was great and very welcoming. The food we picked-Biscuits and Sausage Gravy (was okay), Chicken Fried Steak (amazing!), and the Chicken Fried Chicken (Fried and delicious). Love the small local breakfast space with great service.

A very homey diner, we came in for a Valentine’s brunch and we’re not disappointed. Big menu, big portions and good value. It really did feel like I was sitting at someone kitchen table. The staff was friendly, and we were seated quickly. Everything was clean, food was good. We will be back to try their dinner menu as well!

Very cozy, old fashioned diner! The food was yummy and came out quickly (Bonus: warm syrup!), my waiter was very sweet, and overall I had a super comfortable experience!

Mom’s Kitchen did not disappoint! As a corned beef connoisseur, I can confidently say their corned beef hash was on point, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was festive and fun for St. Paddy’s. A great spot for comfort food done right! Can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I tried this out over the holidays. The staff and patrons were really nice and the food was really good at a reasonable price. The pancakes are HUGE and very light and fluffy – just a little bit on the rubbery chewy side. The atmosphere overall was nice, but the color scheme is very dark brown and dark green. Not terrible, But I do wish it was a lighter, more calming color scheme.

I love Mom’s kitchen. Funny enough, a friend recommended it for one of their favorite burgers in town, but I have yet to try the burger there.
I always end up with a full serving of biscuits and gravy and a side of hash browns. The biscuits are moist and fluffy and the gravy has a ton of flavor. The hash browns are always crispy and never soggy.
My girlfriend had the eggs Benedict and she’s an Eggs Benedict critic and she loved it and especially the hollandaise. She also had the potato chip items featured in the picture below and said they were crispy and tasty.
My dad had the cheesy grits and a pancake and really enjoyed them as well.
Outside of the food being great, the service was excellent. Tina was always there with refills and made sure we had everything we needed.
Can’t recommend Mom’s enough for breakfast and, I’m told, a great cheeseburger

I wanted to write a review solely because of a heartwarming interaction I overheard between a waitress and (who I assume is) a regular customer— long story short, a waitress that day was conversing with a group of older customers and the group spoke of a friend of theirs who wasn’t there with them that day. The waitress ended up calling the said friend on the phone because he was apparently in the hospital due to a fall or something like that, and she just wanted to call him to check on him & to let him know she was thinking of him.
I don’t usually write reviews but this simple act of kindness really brightened my day. I love the atmosphere and friendliness of this diner and will absolutely come back again 🙂

I ordered the pork chop breakfast. The meal included 2 fried pork chops, fried potatoes or hash browns, 2 eggs, and toast. I chose the fried potatoes and scrambled eggs.
