In the middle between bitter sweet…lol. They are a stuffy upscale type atmosphere marketing themselves as a healthy eatery; but serve margarine, which is made up of seed oil, if science would actually be applied to our FDA it would be marked as “not for human consumption”. Seed oil was used to oil machinery, never to be consumed by humans. Bottom line, they are fine with worth serving they’re patrons this poison. It causes diabetes, joint pain and degeneration, weight gain and other symptoms. They’re marketing is a facade.
Now the sweet, accept for the bacon, not sure how they cook their bacon; but it seemed deep fried. It didn’t taste well had the consistency of a pork rhine; BUT once I revived all of my food the eggs were real it seemed; but had ZERO seasoning, the potatoes, toast, real bitter, strawberry jam were absolutely delicious.
Bitter/Sweet is a relative statement. It was a bad experience with average food. Nothing was great because I had to season everything. Any chef, or even cook, knows you don’t cook workout seasoning. I had to leave because I want able to finish my meal for to not being able to get my water refilled. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they get some honesty in their marketing; and actually become healthy not serving poison to customers; and train their staff to get orders corvette and be stuffy to their customers. Although, side note, there ads a waitress there that I overload, go over all the menu, explained changes, gave recommendations, and asked for questions all before the customer needing to respond. She was their best employee!!! I wish I’d have had her. My waitress didn’t say anything except, “Are you ready to order?” Go somewhere else of you care about customer service. You can get decent food if you have patients and some kind seasoning your own food. The food wasn’t bad.
