I’ve lived in Ohio my entire life, and I have tried a lot of pizza. I’ve rotated through favorites, had phases, moved on, and done it all over again. Somehow, I had never been to Milano’s Pizza in Beavercreek until the other day, and honestly, I don’t know how that happened.
Let me just say, I was starstruck.
This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. The crust is perfect, the sauce is full of flavor without overpowering, and the toppings are generous and fresh. Every single bite hit exactly the way great pizza should. Even as I’m writing this, my mouth is literally watering thinking about it.
When I first arrived, the only table available was a high top, so I took it. About 30 minutes later, the rest of my party arrived, and we needed to move to a lower table to better accommodate everyone. Our waiter, Andy, moved us without hesitation and continued to be absolutely amazing the entire time. Shout out to Andy, thank you for such great service. It truly made the experience even better.
If you’re anywhere near Beavercreek, do yourself a favor and go try it.

Cool local pizza, subs & taps sports bar. Super friendly staff. Excellent draft beer selection and full bar. Dakota, the bartender, makes a great margarita! They have a nice long bar and a bunch of tables as well as huge screen TVs. The kitchen even stays open until bar closes.

Our experience was just take out. The service and atmosphere was very nice but the food wasn’t that great. Both pizzas had a very chewy and tough crust. That wasn’t great for me. The toppings were okay but too much ranch in the buffalo chicken ranch pizza, all I could taste mainly was the ranch with hints of buffalo sauce.
The side of nacho cheese was old and had a thick hard top. I couldn’t even eat it. I ate a couple pieces of the pizza and that was enough for me to not return.

Finally dined at Milano’s for the very first time on late Friday afternoon, and enjoyed it. I’d been driving past it for years, but never stopped by to try, as it’s always really busy.
Now I know why – Great food, great service. My waitress was friendly, and patient with me, as I explained what I wanted off the menu. I wish I knew her name, because I’d give her an honorable mention. She was very sweet.
I tried one of their Subs, but what I really enjoyed was their delicious Apple Walnut Salad.

We decided to stop in here for dinner and boy was it a mistake. The restaurant was rather busy but we did get seats fairly quickly. The waitress came and took our drink orders and delivered them to the table and left three straws that look like they have been dipped in a bucket of water which is not really how you want to start a meal.
We ordered appetizers of fried pickles and the onion petals to start our meal. Both of the appetizers came out in about 10 minutes and that is where anything positive ended. The fried pickles or paper thin slices with very thick breading and had zero pickle paste. The onion pedals were overcooked in crunchy and you couldn’t really taste any onions.
I ordered the super cheesesteak with spicy mayo and added jalapenos and got a side salad with house Italian dressing. My wife ordered the turkey sub with just turkey lettuce and tomato with a side salad with French dressing. My daughter ordered a create your own small pizza with pepperoni and green olives and a side salad with ranch dressing. The salads were brought to the table first and my wife did not get her French dressing and had to wait about 10 minutes for the waitress to come back over to get her the correct dressing. Nothing complain about what the salads but they weren’t anything to write home about.
When our food came it looked good but did not live up to the looks. My cheesesteak was bland without seasoning and had a miniscule amount of cheese. The bread was hard on the outside and the inside had very little taste so I just ended up eating the filling with a fork. There was nothing super about this cheesesteak. If you’re looking for a good cheesesteak go to Jersey Mike’s or someplace other than this. My wife’s sub had a very paper-thin piece of turkey on it a couple slices of tomato and some lettuce. My wife is not a real exciting eater but was very underwhelmed by this sandwich also. My daughter’s pizza looked good and the toppings were good quality but the crust of this pizza was was doughy and flavorless. To top it off I think they waved the sauce over the pizza and forgot to actually put any on the pizza. Overall this was a very underwhelming and underappreciated meal.
I would not recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for any type of good food. Unfortunately when you try new places you often strike out.

Popped in on 1/27/26 @ 7:20, my wife and I were seated immediately, was placed in the room on the backside of the bar in the booth nearest the entrance.
We stayed 13 minutes, no service, no greeting, 2 waitresses and the manager walked by seven times, all looked at and noticed us, we left, I called the restaurant while we were still in the parking lot, the guy who answered said he would get the manager, 5 minutes later, nothing, we went to another restaurant and got food.
Apparently working for tips means nothing, I have been to this establishment on multiple occasions, I tip as per the service received, but have not ever had bad service till tonight.
Guaranteed they will be expecting this review, that’s why they never picked the phone up. And they will have the standard reasons for lack of service.
There was a minimum of 2 waitresses, a barmaid with three customers, there were 2 tables the other two waitresses were waiting on. Not stacked up by any stretch. But it’s their place, run it the way you like, there are plenty of other places to stop and eat. I’ll guarantee had we waited, the food would have been awful, just the way it goes.

We went in on a Friday evening as a party of 5. There was a small wait for a table (less than 10 minutes), which was to be expected. Once we had a table, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. We placed our drink order (sodas and water) and the waitress forgot the water for one person. It took another 10 minutes or so for her to bring that back. She finally took our food order which we went ahead and ordered all appetizers and food at the same time since it was clear there was an issue with the service on this evening as other tables around us were also complaining about slow service and forgotten items. Two tables near us that came in well after we ordered received their food before we did. We finally got some of the food, but were missing both appetizers and one meal, plus a side for one of the meals. The food was brought out by someone other than our waitress so he went to check on it. She came back out some time later and asked how everything was. When I tried to let her know we were still waiting on items she cut me off and went back to the kitchen to find them. She brought out the missing meal and the side, but the apps were still missing. At this point we were mostly done with our meals and the missing meal was cold when it came out. I was ready to cancel the apps off and ask for the bill, but our waitress was no where to be found. She finally brought out one app and I asked her to cancel the other and bring the bill. She came back out with the app and the bill. Both apps were cold to the touch and were not eaten, but she didn’t take them off. She also stood there while we paid the bill and mentioned several times how to add the tip to the card. The food overall wasn’t great. The pizza crust tasted like flour and on a small pepperoni pizza there were only 5 pepperonis. None of the food was hot when it arrived and looked like it had been sitting a while. We were in the restaurant for over 90 minutes before getting all of the food that was ordered to our table. Our waitress never came over for refills and was pretty checked out during the whole meal. I usually give places a couple chances before making a decision, but based on this place as a whole, I would steer clear of it.

2nd time trying this location (Centerville location was great) and highly disappointed. This time (just 2 of us) we waited almost an hour to get food and had to take it to go so we didn’t miss our event. Opened the box and my husband had asked for no seasoning and it was covered with even more. I opened mine and it was over cooked and not much filling inside, plus bread was so thin. I only had 1/2 because I was hungry or I would have tossed it out the window. The waitress was not nice. Acted irritated that we needed to leave. Never refilled my drink. I will drive further to avoid this location next time.

Ordered philly cheese steak subs and they were very disappointing. Very little meat and I mean VERY LITTLE. Which the “steak” that was on it tasted old. Bread was dried out too. Mikanos used to have great subs…not anymore ☹️
