Passing through here on our way to and from Cade’s Cove. We came around 2:30 and there was a moderate crowd inside, but a lot of seating on the patio. What a lovely establishment!

Tried the highly recommended truffle fries, goat cheese corn fritters, and pear + fig pizza.

Truffle fries: crispy, fried to perfection and just the perfect amount of seasoning!

Goat cheese corn fritters: SHOWSTOPPER! Words cannot describe the perfect combination of the fritters and the sauce. The fritters are golden and crunchy on the outside, and so light, creamy and fluffy on the inside. The sauce is to die for!

Pear + fig sourdough pizza: we’re adventurous diners so we were excited to try this unique combination! So if you’re questioning fruit on a pizza (you know who you are!) don’t be dissuaded. The combination of the pear, figs, arugula and creamy ricotta base make a PERFECT bite.

Price: for all above we paid $40 (including tax), which is truly a great value for the quality of food, portion size and cuisine.

All in all, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, everything was truly perfection.

We were in Knox for vacation during the holidays and decided to travel to Townsend to have lunch. We dined here and were pleasantly surprised. This town is tucked into the smoky mountains and this restaurant was clean, modern and efficient. It was very busy but their system for ordering and delivering food was very organized. We had pizza, chicken wings, BLT with turkey and salad. All entrees were prepared well and were delicious. Very reasonable pricing and their ingredients were fresh. We would dine here again. Thanks

Stopped in on the way back to Nashville from Gatlinburg. There was a line but I found two seats at the bar and claimed those as it was cold outside and seats were filling fast. My wife finished ordering and joined me although we discovered we could have ordered at the bar. The beer selection included something for everyone and we both found something we enjoyed. We will stop by again when we visit the mountains next time.

Parking is easy and plentiful at 2pm on a Wed.
You order when you walk in then sit down with a locator and they will bring your food to you. If you get adult beverages they will give you those immediately to enjoy while finding a table and waiting on your food.
The fig and arugula pizza was very tasty.
The steak bites with brussel sprouts and potatoes was very flavorful and left me wanting more.
Other than ordering up front and getting your food brought out to you the service was great when dropping off food and even cleaning up.
The atmosphere feels a little like a cafeteria, not bad but very basic.
There is outside seating if your pups wants to come along ( and who’s doesn’t) and they even let well behaved kids in. But don’t bring your spoiled, entitled, brats because nobody wants to be around those, even you.

With the creamery next door you will want to save room for some dessert or ice cream.

Great food and a great atmosphere! With four kids, eating out can sometimes feel stressful, but this place made it easy. They have an awesome little kids’ play area, and my kids were so busy they never even asked for a phone. That alone is a win. I really wish more restaurants understood families the way this one does. We’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone traveling through or visiting the area!

We were searching for a place to eat before heading to the firefly event at Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our first stop had just closed, but the employees there recommended this spot, and I’m so glad they did. What a hidden gem!
It was bustling, possibly due to an event happening at the time, but it turned out to be perfect since we had time to spare before the fireflies event. We waited in a long line to order, which actually worked in our favor, everything on the menu looked so good, we needed the extra time to decide!
Our boys went with the pepperoni pizza, while my husband and I shared a couple of sandwiches and the fig pizza. Every bite was absolutely phenomenal. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere lively, and the food unforgettable.
Next time we’re in town visiting the Smokies, this will definitely be our go to spot!

Me and my family are in town from Florida for vacation. We stopped here on the way to our cabin. Everyone got something different. I had the itlian sub. Delicious! Wife and the grilled cheese had tomato soup, she loved it. My son had the beef stew, he cleaned the plate. The nice woman taking our order was so nice and recommended a great stout draft. We all highly recommend this cool little place if your in town. My only issue, seeing the pizzas come out, i wish I got the pizza. They look amazing. A+ service. Thank you from Florida.

Stopped in for lunch on our way out of town. Our short visit was fantastic! The ordering process was quick, and the food arrived promptly. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, are dog-friendly, have a play area for kids, provide nice food options, and have a brewery. There’s nothing this place doesn’t offer. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area!
