The iced tea was delicious. The tacos we’re hot and crisp and fresh. My French fries were hot and perfectly salted. And the customer service at the drive-thru was excellent. I believe the employee’s name is Victor Y. Give that young man a raise!

Let’s dive in ! Corporate needs to come in and over haul the jack in the box in Willis Tx . They aren’t even absolutely horrible! We went and got 2 small tacos and 2 monster tacos ! Absolutely fricken disgusting! They were so greasy that we took them back in , and the so called manager wants to be rude , loud , and so unprofessional it’s disgusting. She said as I showed her the tacos , she says oh well they are fresh and just cooked !
Ok they were just cooked but we couldn’t eat them ! They again were so greasy that the paper they come in were soaked in grease ! And she wants to continue to say that’s how they always are ! No they are not we have had them many times and no they are not like that !
Also the wait time here is so bad ! Another 8!mins to wait ! But when I went in to get a refund for the nasty tacos ! The workers in there were not wanting to work ! The station area was dirty. This place needs to be shut down and redone ! New workers because the older lady that was the manager need to be fired ‘ she has no concept on how to do the tacos ! Or deal with customers!

The little girl taking our order was RUDE as all get out. No one in the line, we took about 5 mins thinking of what we were going to get at the menu before you order, so we were ready, we get to the window shes like “let me know when youre ready” okay. “Were ready may I get a #3 with curly fries and a coke” “UHH GIVE ME ONE MINUTE” very rudely. Get up to the window, pay. Our card was locked she opens back the window SCREAMS “YOURE CARD DECLINED” okay “try it again” we orderd the “hot mess fries” and got all of 5 wedges and BARELY ANY CHEESE LIKE. DO BETTER. Ill never come back here again! I like jack in the box BUT NOT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Nice place in Willis I have seen some Jack-in-the-box that are questionable. There fries were banging the burger was good but probably because I had 35min to go to get home and eat with an additional 20min before I got to it was the reason it was good not great so not their fault lol!

An employee was seen removing a tray of chicken from the cooler and placing it on the trash can, as seen in the attached photo. Then he returned it to the cooler!
Witnessed and employee removing what appeared to be bags of fries from the freezer, the bags were sat on the disgusting floor and returned to the cooler.
Recently my 82 year old mother got home with her order, it was all wrong!
Upon returning to the store she spoke to the older woman that works there. She was extremely rude to my mother and refused to make her order correct!!!
I watched the same old woman allow a man to enter the building after closing Christmas Eve 2025, he walked in smoking and blowing clouds of smoke inside the restaraunt dining/counter area.
We expected better Jack!!!!

Food was hot and ready! Got the chicken ranch club combo. Place was right off the Highway, so it was quick and accessible to get right back on during rush hour. Gotta love their curly fries. It always tends to hit the spot. Their drive-thru time was actually not so bad being i ordered a chicken sandwich and got it super hot. Good job JitB!!!! Your team was on point that day

Went through the drive thru at 4:30 pm on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. I was famished and hadn’t eaten all day! Ordered food, then sat behind 2 cars for what seemed like eternity. I’m sure the car at the window probably just had a big order or something. I finally get to the window and the guy repeated my order and upon confirmation, he took my credit card. As he’s swiping it, the lady behind him was making an ice cream thingy, she pauses and looks over and warmly greets me with a “How’re ya doing today?”He smiles as he hands me my card and receipt. He quickly bags up my order and cheerfully hands it to me through the window. Great customer service. Great food, made just how I ordered it. Thanks Jack n tha box! I wish I had gotten their names to post in this review.

I like that this location stays open late. They usually get my order right sometimes the late night crew can be a little slow but I assume its because they’re low staffed at those hours which i guess makes sense. Overall not too much to complain about and I’ve ALWAYS gotten fresh food here.
