Terrible!!! Waited 15 mins at the drive thru menu for someone to speak. Placed order and pulled up. Paid, was handed a receipt and pulled to second window. Lady asked for my receipt then immediately asked me to pull forward. Sat there for another 15-20 mins. A guy brought my food out and left. Wrong size fries and never got my receipt back. Avoiding this location!!!

Ordered McDouble meal with nuggets. Only got a single burger and no chicken nuggets. Also ordered a hamburger with just ketchup. They handed me a hamburger with ketchup and pickles.

The manager of this location, Demarcus, threatened me bodily harm on January 1, 2026. He told me in the lobby that he is “from Memphis”, and that “you don’t know what I will do to you”. I went inside to get my frappe that I ordered in the drive-thru. They made me pull up and wait over 30 minutes for a drink. I’m not sure how this man is even a manager, speaking to paying customers like this. He kept telling me he was from Memphis to try and scare me. If he’s talking to me like this, then he’s definitely talking to other paying customers like this! Worst McDonald’s experience of my life.

I never leave reviews but the last 5 times i have been to this McDonald’s they have taken 30 minutes for all of my orders even for 2 large fries they took 20 minutes. I went here today and we ordered 2 meals and waited 30 minutes for our meal even people before us got their meals after waiting they gave us the wrong order they never asked us what name or what food we had they just handed it to us without checking including that the fries had no salt and the cheeseburgers were bad. Obviously im not expecting like Michelin star treatment at a McDonald’s but taking 30 minutes for fast food thats not even the right order is crazy.

At 8pm on a regular Sunday, they do not have ice for drinks. Sodas are flat (I tried a Dr Pepper & Sprite — surprisingly BOTH were flat. They probably need to clean their soda machines). They do not have apple pies (they do but the wait is 14 minutes…. 14 minutes for ONE apple pie). They don’t do refunds even though you didn’t receive your order. This location is trash.

Thanks for the friendly service each time we’ve visited since December when we moved here. Shop finally has inside eating, yea! Relatively clean, newer shop, typical McDonald’s eats but better than usual service. The folks in this McDonald’s are nice, welcoming, and make it right for you. And they’re hiring!

I’ve been to this location several times and almost every time in the evenings, they have you waiting for 20-35 minutes at the speaker. Eventually you just drive off to see them doing absolutely nothing inside. They’ve even gotten bold enough to tell you it’ll be 5 minutes and proceed to take longer. Food is never great. I may as well pass this one and go to the one 10 minutes away which is a shame! I will be sending a review to corporate. 7/4/25 8:23pm

Poor customer service, no ice, no condiments for customers out in the lobby like, salt & pepper, napkins, and ketchup. When you go to the counter to ask for what you need they do not acknowledge you. Too busy talking amongst each other. Women’s restroom was nasty. Needs a good deep clean. This use to he our favorite McDonald’s but if it’s gonna he like this we won’t be back.
