I thought I had stepped into a hidden dimension of Waffle Houses as soon as I walked in the door. Hands down, best service I have ever received at a WH. Trina was absolutely amazing, attentive, efficient, and extremely friendly. I had my drinks and order taken in under 3 minutes. Food came out in another 3-4 minutes. Every person working said hello and were all very friendly and working as a team.

I haven’t been to a Waffle House in many years. Didn’t expect anything special when I brought my 4 year old in who wanted to give it a try for the first time for our “date.” The staff was so kind! A talented gentleman offered my son his pick from several different “waffle art” designs he makes for kids. My son was so excited to have a dinosaur waffle! And the sweet lady at the checkout went above and beyond too. Service on a Saturday morning was quick. Food delicious. Environment clean. We’ll likely be back soon! Thank you Waffle House of Greer!

The service was excellent by Kayla. She was on point with me our drinks and food. Plus she anticipated all our needs. We never had to ask for refills or condiments with our food. It was very disappointing honestly! It was the 2nd time in a few weeks that I have been to the Waffle House and it’s probably going to be my last I hate to say. For 1 the 1st time I went i was craving a waffle sandwich and so I went by and ordered 1 to go, only to get what you see in the picture, which to me looks NOTHING like a waffle! Is it just me? Or is this what you would expect to get after you ordered a WAFFLE sandwich?! I don’t do it often, sooo! And I would have NEVER ordered this, I don’t even like that kind of ham and I am NOT a hash brown person!! So I know it wasn’t my mistake. So I took it back in to see if maybe I was given someone else order by mistake, but the girl said no that was a waffle sandwich. Which still has me scratching my head, lol. They don’t listen anymore and they don’t ask the usual questions that you should ask as someone is placing their order. This rings true over and over!! Another example is I went to Waffle House again last night, only to be disappointed again! Because I ordered the grand slam with sausage, because I love sausage with syrup and waffles! And that’s why I ordered it, only to get to my car to see bacon. Any other time I might not complain because I love me some bacon. But not so much with a waffle. And on top of that I ordered a cup of ice for a drink i had in the car and IT STILL cost me almost $15.oo!! It was very frustrating!! I was mad but it was late and they were busy, so I was not going back in. I just won’t go back!!
