Last time I ordered, a few weeks back, they sent complete stale chicken nuggets that were rock hard when you bite in to them. Additionally, none of the ordered dipping sauce was sent. Tonight, me and some friends ordered from here, and the order was supposed to include 2 holiday pies.
Those pies weren’t sent. But I was charged for them, of course. We also appear to have received an item intended for someone else. A single cheeseburger. Even on the order summary you can clearly see that this item wasn’t ours.
I actually worked at another McDonald’s in Monroe falls for several years, so I understand mistakes happen from time to time. But with this location, it appears that there’s multiple mistakes every single time. Unfortunate, because when you do a delivery order through the app, you typically don’t get a say on what store you’re ordering comes from. It just selects the closest store.
I don’t want to be rude, but it’s literally every time I have an order from this location. Items are either missing, poor quality, or you receive someone else’s stuff.

I love the McDonald’s cause it has a playground for my child. But this morning I take my kid and another kid older then my son. Is bossing my child and pulling on his arm and kicking him. I raised my voice at the other child cause his parent wasn’t there to parent. I’m very angry cause the rules are clear. You don’t leave your children unattended. I will not be nice every time I see a kid treat my child like that. Honestly that parent is stupid and disrespectful for not being in the room with there child. Very upset.

This place has a play place! Anyone with younger kids will appreciate this location and your kids will, too! Always clean and tidy from the bathrooms to the play place with friendly staff that tend to go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a safe and enjoyable experience! I ordered breakfast for my family, and didn’t get 2 sandwiches. Made it home before I noticed the issue (admittedly my bad), so I went to get the missing items replaced they were more than willing to correct the mistake but they messed up the correction. At that point I was done trying to get this resolved.

They were skimpy on my rap and when you walk up to the counter because I had a problem with the table number they don’t go past 120 and I was sitting at 125 so I wanted to let him know but they completely ignored you completely ignore you like they don’t want to be there they ain’t a single happy one that’s greeting you all polite or anything Fry suck like a half a piece of lettuce 3/4 of a slice of cheese on the wrap and a whole bunch of sauce wasn’t worth the money

Idk if they’ve ever gotten my order right. Most the time the fries are set on their side so half are in the bag. I stopped ordering anything besides my meal, I wouldn’t get it anyways. Like I tried to add an apple pie twice. I’ve paid for 2, never received one lol

They are often screwing up my lattes. Like, it’s a scam to pay for a latte with no espresso or mocha in it. I didn’t have time to ask them to fix it. I try to give them allot of leeway but I’m being scammed at this point.

Given the rise in costs, quality should be prioritized more. I feel cheated after spending over $30 on my order and receiving burned, freezer-burned chicken, and a large fry that was equivalent to a medium. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. It’s not worth driving back over, but I wanted to voice my concerns.

I was shorted $5.00 in the drive thru. I had to go inside and was treated horribly, especially by the manager on duty, Mya. It was odd the girl who took my money, then short changed me, clocked out and left in a hurry, probably with my $5.00. I finally had to CONVINCE Mya that I had been short changed and got my $5.00 back. The manager never did apologize or did any of her staff for this incident.

I honestly never seen a employee skip customers purposely payment card snatched and slammed the drive thru window. As a passenger I witness my African AMERICAN friend go through that harsh treatment. I honestly felt bad for him. She completely ignored him and never even apologized. What’s crazier she didn’t even started off with a warm greeting. I told the next window about the situation. He was like their nothing he can do about it. I reported it to corporate. Still waiting on the callback. Avoid the morning shift they are so mean there. The lady in the picture she shouldn’t even be working there. They team up against paying customers. Without customers their is no business at all.
