Don’t waste your time coming here, never open much, always seems closed even though there google site lists as “open 24 hours”. We are here on Saturday night at 9:45 pm and yep the Krystal is all locked up and closed. I am going to contact Google to try and de-list there fake open 24 hours listing.
If the owner cares at all about their customers they would correct their hours on Google so customers don’t waste time driving here !

Not sure how this happens but you walk in order 4 cheese Krystals with katsup and onions only and receive 4 Krystals without cheese and pickles. Not this asking the lady taking the order why there was nothing on the receipt to indicate my preference. It did show extra charges for cheese. The response from the staff was I ordered katsup and onions only. I showed the receipt and ask for refund. I was then told they didn’t know how to refund. At this moment I’m wondering where do you go from here and the lady walked off in a huff. The cook finally stepped up and offered to remake with cheese katsup and onions. Safe to say I do not plan on returning. November 16th at a little after 12.

The store shows it’s open 24 hours and allowed me to place an online order at 10am for pickup at 10:30. When I got there, the store is closed with a sign on the door saying it has temporary hours of 11am-8pm and there’s no way to cancel my order other than calling the number that goes to the store which is closed and no one is there to answer.

It’s unbelievable how bad the service is at this location! My roommate & I were taking a quick road trip with some friends & stopped for gas next door. So we decided to get everyone something to eat at this location (mainly for convenience). A word of advice… If you have any kind of timeframe or schedule you need to adhere to DO NOT STOP HERE! We were there WAITING to be acknowledged, let alone someone take out order at a FAST FOOD restaurant for so long we ended up downloading the app & ordering from it WHILE STANDING AT THE REGISTER! Then, just as we were completing our order an employee decided to grace us with his presence at the register. Mind you, he could see us standing at the register the ENTIRE TIME we waited. My friend had a simple question about a poster they had on the counter but the employees have NO CLUE about any of the specials or deals they offer. In fact one employee actually said ‘they just tell us to put these signs out but we don’t read them or have any idea what they say.’ So basically the people that work here don’t really know anything about anything at the restaurant they work at.
And they work at the speed of a 3-toed sloth! They are so incredibly slow! I started to think something was wrong with me bc when I watched them move it looked like they were in slow motion. So I started to wonder if I was having some kind of problem with my eyes or my brain or something until I noticed no body else was moving that slowly. That’s when I started to get angry. Just bc they didn’t want to be there doesn’t mean they have to cause everyone else’s evening to go badly!
At least the food was what we expected it to be. I mean, it’s Krystal’s; what do you expect. The sliders were okay & the tots were fresh & hot. I have no complaints where the food is concerned.
We were at this Krystal’s location for an hour by the time we got our food & finally got on the road. I know we should have walked out of there 50 minutes earlier. But we knew everyone was hungry & we didn’t want to stop anywhere else along the way. But I can promise you this… I will NOT be going back to this location again.

Best Krystal location around. Service with a smile! They go above and beyond. Try getting that at the Tifton location. NOT HAPPENING. Very refreshing to experience friendly service.

I visit this place every time I cross the Florida state line. And every time I get my greasy steamy, hot fix. Is this five star dining? Of course not, but nobody goes to Krystal’s thinking they’re going to eat a Filet Mignon…..I’d take this any day over Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse.

Went by this morning from my office bc I was starving lol but I have to say, I haven’t been here in a long time bc my last experience wasn’t so great…. But today, they showed up and showed out! My breakfast is so fresh and hot! It’s better than anything I’ve had in a while! I wish here in lake park so I get breakfast a lot, but this is honestly the best!! Whoever worked the window was so polite and had great customer service!! KUDOS TO YOU KRISTALS! You finally have a great team!

2 young girls who took my order was ok. Messed my $35 order up 2 times & still proceeded to send me home with the wrong order. They used the same food that already had the ingredients I requested OFF. My son couldn’t touch it, or eat it due to it not being properly redone after an allergy was known. I told them! Food was COLD and still had 2 ingredients that were requested off on it still. “Slick” argue and give disrespectful rude snide looks is all they wanted to do. (Not the dark dark colored hair who helped me) Happened June8 between 5-5:30. Hopefully some constructive criticism does some good, as SCRAPING off food for a kid who’s got allergies and returning it to them is careless work.
