Food is good and quick. Great for traveling. Not as cheap as it used to be. Food is the same at any mcds. We like nuggets when we can’t stop. My favorite is chicken deluxe.

I’ll fix this review when your staff can learn how to acknowledge a customer standing at the front counter. It’s ridiculous to not be training your employees to acknowledge someone standing there and at the least say someone will be right with you. Instead the employees will look anywhere else they can to make it seem like they didn’t see you or look right at you and look you off. Y’all too focused on that drive thru. This is a common occurrence and I’ll go right across the street to Culver’s where you can hardly get thru the door without them saying welcome in. It’s an easy fix. Hope to see improvements.

It’s such a hit or miss with this McDonald’s. Sometimes the food is fresh and good, service is great, etc. Other times the food is soggy and poor quality and the employees act like it’s an inconvenience for them to have customers.

Went thru the tandem drive thru, was in and out in about 8 minutes. Fries were hot and Mc Rib was done as asked . Price with tax for McRib meal 11.44. Service was friendly and fast.

Asking my dog is a service dog? Yes completely ok. Asking what her tasks are? Also completely fine (although wasn’t asked this). Shouting it’s a doggy over and over again and bringing attention to a disabled person and their service animal and asking their manager why they can’t interact with my service dog. NOT OK. Please learn ADA rules and make sure your staff follows them. Ended up leaving and not placing an order. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

We pulled through the drive thru with a small trailer because we have a dog in the truck and there was only one car in the drive through ahead of us. When the woman at the window asked someone behind her where we should pull up because we had a trailer (there was the one car in front of us and no one behind us) the other woman rolled her eyes. When I asked for the store number and her name (Wendy) she rolled her eyes again. Our drinks our drinks not even full and cold food anyway.

Got Grinch meal for the fun of it and the cute socks. Well I paid 13 bucks for socks, because the fries were old, I got NO grinch salt or Shaker bag and the big Mac was just a mess they way it was made it looked like a 3 year old did it.

I pay for extra toppings, they give me almost none. Then they don’t give me the two slices of cheese.
I order iced tea with Splenda in it, you give me a plain tea and a bag of normal sugar packets?
How can you mess up my orders more than half of the time? How can you mess up almost every mobile order? It literally tells you on the screen and the ticket. This is legit the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
