Petra Chamers/ charming should be given a raise and promoted. Excellent customer service. We went in for three cheese steaks that you guys unfortunately do not have but look forward to it. However Petra explain the difference between Italian beef dip and the Swiss beef dip. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. We ended up spending $70 on 5 meals and some jalapeño poppers. We definitely will be back because of PETRA.!!!! Thank you

This store never get the order right. Ordered two double beef and cheddar meals. One beef and cheddar single and a kids meal. When I got home the two double beef and cheddars were singles and no cheese. This has happened a couple of times. I call this last time and the manager stated they would put my name in a book. I said cool. Arby’s is not a cheap fast food company. Go today to get some food for the family and was told it’s only good the same week by the general manager. I will never be going to that Arby’s again.

The staff was so very sweet and professional. Ot is not often that you go through a drive thru and find not only kind staff but people that seem to enjoy their job. They got the order correct which is a huge plus. The sandwiches have definitely gotten smaller and did not taste very good but I have had some good experiences at this restaurant and will be back another time.

Specifically called for sauce they said it would be in the bag. Wasn’t in the bag! My large fry was barely half full. Fries were cold. Definitely won’t order from here again!

My Greek Gyro juicy as always & delicious and my husband’s double roast beef is 1 inch thick (Arby’s has the meats!) and super good with vanila milkshake! Best of all with Arby’s App. $11 for two of us!

Horrible service, the person who took our order drive thru kept messing up our order and seemed moody I guess, just rude and unfriendly. We asked for the shake to be remade as it was basically half chocolate syrup not mixed in, instead of a normal amount of chocolate syrup mixed in.

These people are working so dang hard after hurricane milton. The line is wrapped around the building (inside AND out) and I am so impressed with how fast and efficient they are working. Plus the staff is being so nice and kind despite obviously being exhausted from nonstop orders all day.
