Went through the drive through tonight and ordered what I usually order (chicken strips and fries) then my husband wanted a chocolate milkshake. When I brought it home the chicken was chewy and some strips were dried out. My husbands chocolate milkshake had bright green on the bottom of it which looked like mint at first so we thought maybe they made a mistake and tried covering it up with the chocolate. When my husband tasted it he said it tasted like old milk sat in the machine as if the milk was spoiled. I am very disappointed with this today since we have never had a bad experience prior to this.

I’m a little too fond of McD’s—a combination of a very convenient app and early childhood training, which shows the effectiveness of their corporate strategy—BUT this particular restaurant is frankly frightening: trash overflowing from bins onto the floor, dirty tables, and food scraps that have been on the floor long enough to attract a bustling colony of ants.

Some of the rudest service I’ve ever had in a McDonald’s. The young Asian lady working at this location is completely entitled. She really needs an attitude check. No empathy for the customer and couldn’t care less about her job.

THIS PLACE IS SOOOO BAD!! They need to shut this down or get some new employees. It took 20+ minutes to get our food. They only had 1 employee who hardly spoke any English. Mc Cripsy was raw and genuinely the worst thing I have ever had. Avoid this establishment at All cost!!

Consistently the worst out of all the McDonald’s in the area. Orders are made incorrectly, food is stale or served lukewarm. In store kiosks are not maintained, either unresponsive or card reader does not work, and forget about getting a receipt because there is never any paper.. latest remodel has made the interior unappealing and uncomfortable seating.

Placed a inside order at 6:36am. Try to go inside when the sign says inside hours 6am, doors locked. One guy standing at register staring at me while another guy mops the floor ignoring me. I knocked and he shook he head no while going back to cleaning. Canceled order and left. Screw this store and their lazy employees. Change the outside sign if 6am isnt the opening hours.

Absolute and utterly disgusting I ordered a Mc crispy and receive something I can impasto my eyes upon I witnessed my chicken sandwich have two pickles gradually start stacked on top of each other. As soon as I spread apart the pickles to deeply enjoyed my sandwich I was greeted upon raw and uncooked meat me personally, I was very hungry, so I kept eating to just find myself eating and do straight cardboard towards the end. I cannot understand how this could even happen at an amazing establishment as McDonald’s. This is just ridiculous.

Extreme food safety concerns! NJ DOH needs to get this location under control immediately if Corporate can’t do it. Breakfast eggs full of green moldy substance, disgusting food preparation conditions, zero personnel access management to the prep areas. This is unacceptable and concerning from a public health perspective.
