The pho here was excellent. The broth was rich yet clean, with a deep, slow-simmered flavor that wasn’t greasy at all. The noodles were perfectly cooked, soft but still springy, and the beef was tender and fresh. The herbs and sides were crisp and aromatic, and everything came together really well. It’s the kind of pho that feels comforting and satisfying without being too heavy.
On top of the great food, Trinity was very friendly and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to for pho.

The service was really good and fast, there were only 2 servers but they worked efficiently and the food came out so fast like less than 10 mins. The grilled pork spring rolls were good and not something I’ve had before bc there was some fried crunchy aspect that was good. The bun was pretty standard nothing spectacular but the short rib pho and pho nom broths were really good and tasty. One thing though is the phos didn’t automatically come with bean sprouts and the other stuff but when he asked us if we wanted and we said yes then he gave them so that wasn’t a problem just surprised because I thought all pho places give bean sprouts, mint, etc. overall good place and recommend getting here before 6 or a little after because there was a line shortly after 6pm

“I finally found a new Pho spot that I have to recommend! As a huge fan of soup-based dishes, this is the only place that truly hit the mark for me. The broth is perfectly balanced and flavorful—the Pho here is simply amazing.
I also want to mention the service. I was helped by a server named James, who was incredibly efficient and attentive to everyone. He handled his duties perfectly and was so helpful. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try; you’ll feel right at home. I can’t wait to go back!”

I recently visited Viet Nom and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the pho short rib and pho short rib meatball, and both bowls were packed with tender, flavorful meat and rich, aromatic broth, which is exactly what you want in a pho!
But what really stood out during my visit was the service. Our server, Kenny, was exceptionally personable and kind. He made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in thoughtfully throughout the meal, and added a warm, personal touch to the whole experience. That kind of service really elevated the meal.

Spring roll was nice and fresh. Comes sliced in half.
Pho was great. Best slices of meat I tasted in pho. Broth is on the lighter, cleaner side.
Found the lighting to be a bit too bright.
Our server Trinity took good care of us!

This place is a gem! The broth was incredibly flavorful and clear, not too greasy but packed with depth. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (house special) and the meat portions were generous and fresh. The service was fast, and the basil/bean sprouts were super crisp. Definitely my new go-to spot for a comforting bowl of noodles!

The pho itself was outstanding. The broth was rich, aromatic, and clearly simmered for hours, with deep, comforting flavors that felt both authentic and carefully crafted. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime on the side added that perfect bright finish. I ordered the beef pho, and the meat was tender and high quality.

Seriously? How did this place even get more than 2 stars? We’ve traveled to Vietnam and have had pho all over south cal and this has got to be the worst pho we’ve ever had. It was bland and came out cold. Forget the egg rolls; it was god awful. The sauce wasn’t even fish sauce. It was soggy and was not crunchy at all. Their wings were good. But that’s it. The guy that took our order was not friendly. He looked like he hated his job. The majority of the reviews here are either fake or people don’t even know what real authentic Vietnamese should tastes like. Avoid this place!!

I ordered the boneless rib pho, and it was a very generous portion! Taste-wise, it’s amazing too. I added some chili oil and white pepper for spice and flavour. Do beware that the place has a wait time if you come visit due to how busy it is, but it is definitely worth coming to!
