Visited McDonald’s after almost a decade. For a first time with my kiddo, and we both loved it. The food is nothing special or different from other McDonald’s, but the service is fantastic and very quick. The facility is clean, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left me impressed. The play area for kids are much bigger and more practical than Chick-fil-A’s. The play area is so spacious that they have put several tables for parents to sit, eat, and watch their kids while they play.
Changed my order from 5 to 3 star: in my recent 5-10 visits, the staff have been very slow to bring the order to the table, as the prioritize the drive-thru and pickup orders. That’s a shame.

Every visit here is the same story: wrong order, no receipt, zero accountability. Today was the final straw. I was charged, ignored when I asked for a receipt, and waved through the drive-thru. Got home to a missing cheeseburger in my kid’s Happy Meal—resulting in a crying five-year-old. Fantastic work.
Yes, I could’ve checked the bag. I also shouldn’t have to perform quality control on a McDonald’s order like it’s a safety checklist. Accuracy and a receipt are the bare minimum. This location can’t manage either.
No receipt means I’m disputing the charge. Not my problem. I don’t have time to fix your incompetence.
I won’t be back. Neither should anyone else until there’s new management or staff who actually know what they’re doing.

Usually pretty badic. Know what to expect. But my large fries were half gone & cold. They only filled fry box half way after I waited 10 mins. My burger was a mess with cheese melted everywhere except the patty. Very disappointed in their service this time. But will still go back. Just not as often esp with prices raised. I can dam near eat at restaurant for what mcds charge now.

After receiving my food by a fantastic employee I asked for more barbecue sauce because I go through those things like a pair of socks am I right . She was great and provided me with two extra sauce packets. However, on the way to leave the store it was brought to my attention that the door close to my car was blocked my a large trash can and stack of chairs. Unwilling to take a risk of getting hypothermia in this cold weather and rain, I decided to take a quick shortcut behind the kiosk.(keep in mind there was no sign that said employee only). My quick 4 step shortcut was interrupted by an employee yelling at me as I was approaching the door to leave. He was wearing a bright yellow reflective jacket as if he was working construction but I think he was on the fryer to be honest with you ♂️. He claimed “You know what you did was wrong” and threatened me by saying “I better not catch you doing it again”. The experience of what started promising quickly turned into a disaster for no reason. I would not recommend visiting this location and if you do, make sure to stay away from the “fry guy.” They were slightly burnt by the way, next time get to the beeping fryer a little faster. ❤️

Extremely rude and unprofessional female manager who was too ignorant to come to the counter and assist me with my sandwich complaint. Instead she stood with her back to me while instructing all her employees to also ignore me and not to remake my sandwich or even give me my receipt. When I told her I was reporting her to Corporate, she began threatening me yelling Im a bad customer who didnt deserve a free sandwich. I was in disbelief. I highly dont recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone to eat there or work there. You are a Manager who is supposed to care about your customers. How could you encourage young people working with you to not help a customer? Its sad how angry people are in this world today. Please dont bring this behavior to work with you.

Sold us some old food that my wife wouldn’t eat, and was nasty . Looks like they cooked it twice and it was so greasy. How do someone do this just to make the company some money. They need to throw the old stuff away . Worst of all it’s our local McDonald’s .

Their new chicken strips were really good. They made them fresh and drop me some fries which were hot fries as well. My food was piping hot which I love especially when it comes to fast food. The employee who was taking orders in drive thru was a nice young man and was very polite. For me coming during the late night hours I was really surprised that I had a great experience. I will be returning again. Keep up the good work guys!
