Amazing! NYE no reservations , 2 of us. We arrived it was PACKED between walk in list & reservation list. Told us 45-60 min wait being walk in, and it was exactly that, we walked in a few mins before 6pm, paid bill a couple mins after 8pm.
3 hostess did awesome being how hectic it could have been but they handled it all very well!
Server, Beatrice, awesome from start to finish, food & drinks ..Bread, Spinach Artichoke appetizer (we thought was pita, it’s chips) to Parmesan seabass & Parmesan filet mignon both w potatoes/rice, vegetables, soup, salad.. Great Job Crystal Lake from the 3 hostess, to our server, and watching management watch the house, and the meal of course flawless! Happy New Year

went on Thanksgiving. the food and drinks were fabulous. Enjoyed filet and halibut entrees with a few party beverages. Jameson’s is fabulous!

I just moved to the area and I came here for the first time after hearing great things about the place! I enjoyed their cream of chicken and rice soup and salad that came with the Prime Rib I ordered as my main dish. The Prime Rib was delicious, very juicy and tender, yet so tasty! What absolutely made my night was the server who was taking care of me, Miranda! She was so kind and took amazing care of me during the night! I will have to say she was the best server with the most bubbly, positive attitude. I will be back again and I will be requesting Miranda for my server! There’s no place where you can get as much food as we got here with such great, low prices!

Great place for a hearty dinner with friends and/or family. Full course meals with soup and salad and sides. London broil is a specialty and highly recommended. Nice wine and beer selection, and the cocktails were tasty, as well.

Our family had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. Everything we ordered was perfect. I had the turkey. My husband had the duck and my son had the ribs with shrimp. Everything was fabulous as usual. We love Jamesons because the food is consistent and the servers are so nice.

Greeted and seated quickly. The original booth smelled like urine, we requested a change, and the hostess happily got us relocated without a fuss. It was nice to see it was busy on a Tuesday evening. The table with un-parented kids in the middle, food flying, screaming, etc is not on the restaurant… just annoying to all and we felt bad for the busser.
Our waitress was on top of it, knew the menu well and offered well-recieved suggestions. Our ice teas and water came out quickly, as did the hot loaf of bread. Soups and salads followed just as quickly. The soups are well-seasoned and do not need to be salted extra. Our meals came out shortly after we polished off the soups. The atmosphere was lively and the noise level high. We ended the meal with dessert and left satisfied.

It’s been quite some time since we visited Jameson’s. What used to be the steakhouse to go to in Crystal Lake is now….not so good. Slot machines as you enter which (makes you wonder are they really hurting for business and trying to make it up with slot machines??), bar staff stepping on drink rails to clean the bar (instead of walking around to wipe it off). The food was OK. Ribs great! Salad…not so great. Friendly staff but could use a bit of coaching

We visited this location after a few years being away. The place is very clean and staff is extremely friendly. Currently they are short on staff so service was a bit slow but no complaints here and I am rating them 5 stars. They have martinis, wine and a lot of beers on draft. All the food was great and we want to come back soon since there are more menu items we want to try. It was a Tuesday night and the place was busy, it was good to see!
