From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. My two year old daughter talked to owner “Uncle Kev” like she’s known him her whole life and he entertained every minute of it. Now the food….. was immaculate just as good as the service if not BETTER!!! Great portion size and flavor was amazing! I had the Cajun herb shrimp rice bowl and I didn’t want to put it down. 20/10 definitely recommend and will be returning.

Mommy and daughter date today at J&K turned out to be phenomenal! We was greeted upon entering. The gentlemen was extremely helpful and polite. We was first timers and he gave us a sample of a new salted caramel flavor wing… At first we were skeptical, but he knew exactly what he was doing, and I walked out of there with 20 more of them to go!!! My daughter got the Kenyata wings (Seasoned to perfection and saucy) I got the waffle burger which was huge and packed with flavor. We also tried the Philly chicken egg rolls which was also really good flavor wise only thing I would change with them is to add more cheese. There wasn’t enough cheese for me but I am a big cheesehead! Everything we got was 100/10. Food was cooked fresh and made to order.. great flavor! Chef kiss I definitely recommend and I definitely will return!!

We finally got a chance to stop by and try J&K Style Grill- everything was phenomenal!! Friendly staff, fantastic service and tastes like home-cooking or even better (def made & flavored with alotta love)!! I’d absolutely recommend this place to everyone. One of the best restaurants in the 757.
The Dirty Mac with Rasta Shrimp was amazing as well as the Jerk Chicken Egg rolls and Cajun Honey Hot & Golden Jerk (bone-in) wings. Everything cooked to perfection and ON POINT!!!!! We’ll definitely be trying other items and will be back for sure 100000/10

J&K Style Grill’s atmosphere is improved, offering a modern diner-type feel with bar seating and plenty of tables. Upon entering, you barely notice the atmosphere because the owner and his staff are very welcoming and helpful throughout the experience (5 stars).
The menu (pic) is diverse and enticing, offering options like a seafood boil, egg rolls, fried wings (31 flavors), burgers, and much more.
The waffle burger (see pic), caramel wings(2 count), mac n cheese(pic), and the egg roll platterwere the choices for today.
The burger patty itself was juicy, the J&K sauce was amazing, the egg was a welcoming compliment, but the waffle was quite thick and overwhelmingly took over the burger (save the middle) giving it the impression that the burger patty was dry(which it wasn’t). While I wouldn’t order it again, it seems to be a popular choice among patrons.
The mac n cheese(pic) has good moisture and a wonderful amount of cheese.
The fried wing with salted caramel is amazing and proves undoubtably why it won best wing in 2025, this alone may have been worth the trip. I heard rumor of a honey peanut butter seasoning I’ll certainly be back to try.

I wish there were more stars to give. Went for lunch today and absolutely loved everything we tried. The minute you walk in you are greated with smiles and wonderful aroma of what’s to come. We tried the egg rolls, onion rings, Bacon burger, chicken sandwich and wings. All 10 out of 10. Service was also 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

This place has been on our list for months and we finally tried it and it was incredible! I am pescatarian and the salmon sliders, meatless wings, and shrimp rice bowl were insane! The meatless wings tasted just like chicken. I literally went up to make sure they didn’t mistakenly give me real chicken! The salmon sliders were also Smokey and delicious! Service was amazing too

Side story my husband was picking up a DoorDash order and he told me a person ordered so many things so the next day we decided dine in to try their food. It’s a hole in the wall and the food was so delicious and flavorful. They definitely put love in the food even though it was close to closing. My favorite was demdogs Philly cheesesteak. I have never had hot dogs that good, it made my taste buds start dancing. My second favorite was the crab egg roll. The big kev burger was huge and juicy. It was nice to see the same people on the website in the restaurant. The owner and cooks were so kind, they ran out of Mac and still made more for me and another customer. Oh yeah the mango lemonade and strawberry lemonade was amazing. Can’t forget about their strawberry cake, it was popping. Uncle Kev even made sure my niece enjoyed the food and she did. I will be back and recommend many people to this place

It wasn’t just a restaurant that served tasteful food but an amazing experience. The crew was kind, you can tell this is not just a family friendly atmosphere, but family centered where they treat their customers with kindness and respect. The food was delicious our friends and I had the Daniel burger, the Chris, and the waffle burger. The with a side of steak and chicken egg rolls, onion rings, and Mac n Cheese. All so savory and delicious. Thank you to Keona and her crew for such a wonderful service and delicious food.

What a great place to get a fabulous burger and fries! Forget fast food, come to J&K for a great burger special. The. Burger was cooked perfectly and the flavor was wonderful! I did not need ketchup for my fries, that is how good they are. J&K Burgers also give good portion sizes! They also give you your food in a cute to go lunch box! Run don’t walk to this place! ❤️ ❤️

Food speaks for itself, but I’m big on service especially when it comes to us. I’ve been here a few times and the orders I received, I’ve enjoyed. Unfortunately, they have a tendency to run out of my favorites, so several times I’ve tried to call in to make sure they have what I want prior to driving 25 minutes to tell me they’ve run out. My biggest issue is when I call they put me on hold and never return to the phone. I’ve not placed one successful to go order yet. I went in and was told my item was sold out. I watched her answer the phone and set it down and never picked back up. My time is valuable and I place a lot of to go orders with other businesses. If I can’t call to make sure I can get what I want, I can’t waste my gas driving there because they don’t want to take phone orders. This has happened multiple times and I’ve held off writing a review, but twice in one week and to watch her do that while i was there is just unacceptable. I understand that it’s busy, but they have a kiosk to order on, which leaves room to take a two minute order over the phone. I love supporting my black businesses, but we need to do better. Next time I will say I can’t hold so I can find out what’s sold out before I make the trip. I’m still coming for my food, maybe the VA Beach location will answer. I don’t mind driving for good food.
