Got the $7 box and the chalupa shell was very hard, the other items were normal and fine. You’d think they would feel how hard the chalupa was when they were making it and grab another one. Hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in a while and this didn’t make me wanna go again tomorrow.

Too many times have I gone to this store and not receive my whole order. I even do mobile orders to make it easier for them and they still forget stuff in my order. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time to ensure everything is there, it’s not my job, it’s theirs. I’m very upset and unpleased by my experiences here.

Taco Bell is adequate and gets the job done. My visit today was no exception the cravings box silenced my hunger. I really enjoyed ordering from the kiosk and being able to see the options available for upgrades. I upgraded from cinnamon twists to nachos for an extra buck. I also enjoyed an iced coffee over a soda at no extra charge.

I ordered food when I got to the window I paid for it and it took ten mins to get my food and when it was ready they all surrounded my food looking at it laughing so when I got it, I opened it up and it wasn’t even cooked so I parked and went inside and had them remake it. They put my order to the side until they were done with drive-through. It took 26 minutes this is the worst experience ever definitely need better management. As a manager of a fast food place, I would fire them

Went thru the drive thru. He acted like I was an imposition to him. I tipped him just to show him that I was not that bad of a person to deal with. Apologized for the lateness of getting there, it was 30 minutes until closing, and the food was mediocre at best. Doesn’t matter what the time is, you are not rude to customers.

Absolutely amazing all the way around!! I’ve eaten at lit place in town and this one is 100x better then any of them!!! The other taco bell up north belt made me sick after eating it!!! But this taco bell is the safest place to eat at!!

We came through here in the early evening as we were passing through on vacation. I ordered three Cantina Chicken soft tacos. These were, so far, the best I have ever had. They were filled very full and very flavorful. They were delicious! We were the only other couple inside the restaurant. The restaurant was very clean, and the young cashier who helped us was super friendly and helpful. After helping us, she was busy keeping seating area cleaned and each trash changed in the seating area. Upon leaving, I asked for the manager to compliment her on the food that really DID “look like the picture” on their menu; you know, full and clean and fresh. It was just that. THANK YOU everyone at this particular branch! It was good and delicious.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I called the store and the manager said there is 5 or 6 people working but I’ve been 2nd in this line for 15 minutes and watched 9 or 10 cars leave while waiting to even reach the window. The manager was rude and said we are busy. Clearly but 5 or 6 people should be pumping orders out as I type this review out I’m still sitting in drive thru. Something needs done.
