Every time I come to this location, it’s because I’m craving it during my pregnancy. Unfortunately, every single time I order nachos, I’m given broken chips that are basically crumbs. I let it slide the first three times, but the fourth time was the last straw. It’s really disappointing to consistently receive poor quality, especially when I’m looking forward to it so much. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I come in — the experience is always the same. I’m extremely frustrated with this location.

Dont order pick up! Waited over 1 hour (3 different times!) because the owner/manager HATES Doordashers and purposely makes them wait!! They fill all the other orders first, and skip over the doordash orders (and other delivery services). Then they lie and say that the orders were stolen, but they’re just not filling them in chronological order on purpose! A terrible way to manage a fast food place. I watched the same 4 people in the lobby (all doordashers) wait there for more than 45 minutes, wasting their time, while other people came in and out with their food no problem. Plus the workers are super rude. If this was the only time, then I’d let it go. But this is a consistent problem.

The food is good… when you get it! Every time we order they always forget something! One time we ordered they forgot our drinks, sometimes you miss parts of your order or they forget your meal entirely! For forgetting my whole meal, the best taco bell could do was give me a $10 off coupon so I could reorder it! Do better.

Been meaning to leave this review for a while but keeps slipping my mind. But this is for the night staff in Troy, mo. Y’all make this Taco Bell hands down the best late night fast food I ever been to. Every time food is hot and the ones working the drive thru are always in a good mood even when completely slammed. Glad to have this Taco Bell in our town.

I recently visited the Taco Bell in Troy, Missouri, and my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I came through the drive-thru and specifically requested no tomatoes on my food due to a food allergy. However, I found tomatoes all over my order. When I asked for help, I was told no tomatoes had been put on my food, which was clearly not true. I was also informed that they do not accept returns, leaving me with the option to throw the food away or give it to someone else—neither of which is acceptable for someone with an allergy.

The young man who tried to assist me seemed confused and kept offering me the same food despite my allergy concerns. A young woman, short in stature and wearing glasses, told me I needed to wait because they were dealing with a big order and couldn’t help me right away. Another employee tried to help, but the young woman was rude throughout the interaction.

The overall service was terrible. I’m still waiting for my corrected order, and it’s been over fifteen minutes—even though my order was placed well before others they were working on. To make matters worse, the same young woman insisted that I had requested no tomatoes on only one item and that there were none on my food. I had to show her the tomatoes all over my meal to prove otherwise.

I feel not only disrespected as a customer but also completely ignored. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told they couldn’t even tell me who the store manager was. They had no information about who was in charge of corporate or who handles complaints. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

This is horrible service, and no one should be treated this way. I hope Taco Bell in Troy takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure customers are respected and properly cared for.

Poor service to be spending 38.67 on a meal for two.. slow waiting, food is halfway warm right out the bag from window, the toppings are just throwed on there in the sides of the wrappers and not even proper amounts on them. Sad when it use to be a good place for your money not any more in my eyes..
