During our visit to The Melting Pot, we were treated to a delicious four-course dinner and outstanding service from the staff and owner, particularly Christine. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were evident throughout, making our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend this establishment. 10/10.

i wanted to like the melting pot, and the desserts were genuinely good, i had fun with that part. but honestly, the portions are a bit tiny, the price is crazy high, and it’s the kind of thing you can easily do at home with chocolate and marshmallows. as a guest, it was fine, but i could never justify going back. tasty in parts, but not worth the hype or the cost sadly 🙁 the staff was amazing though!! very kind and helpful!

Both cheese & chocolate fondues were fantastic! (We ordered the alpine cheese & dark/dulce chocolate)
Would absolutely not recommend the entree cooking experience though as the grill-top cooks incredibly unevenly leaving concern for a lot of cross-contamination (vs. an experience like hotpot or k-bbq where the cooktop is hot enough to cook off the bacteria).

Service was lovely & again, will come back for the fondue but wish there was a pre-cooked meat option to perhaps eat alongside the fondue vs. a subpar DIY meat cooking experience.

As the only vegan in a party of 6, this place significantly exceeded my expectations.

They were extremely accommodating with vegan options. They immediately suggested that we switch to a table with 3 burners so that I could have my own setup / wouldn’t have to worry about my food getting mixed with animal products from others at the table. The vegan cheese was excellent. I was impressed by how well it melted and that it had the right consistency and taste. The impossible Polpettes with the entree were also fantastic.

While the menu says “minimum 2 people” for some of the options, they were able to make an exception for allowing a one-person vegan setup for me (without me even having to ask).

But I think what I appreciated the most was that I didn’t feel left out at all and never felt like a burden. I was able to fully participate in the experience with everyone else. I didn’t ever have the remind the server that I was vegan – she was totally prepared and clearly wanted to prioritize making sure that I felt included. I never felt like I was imposing on them or interfering anyone else’s experience, which was awesome.

Also, the atmosphere was great. The restaurant is super cozy. It has a maze-like structure that allows the tables to be spread out, which made it very quiet and easy to have a conversation, even with a larger group.

If you are into fondue, then this is the place for you. Very family friendly but also great for a get together with friends or a date night! We tried the big night out and shared it with our kids. Instead of getting them individual kid meals. It was their first time. trying fondue, and sometimes they can be picky eaters. They had fun trying different bites. We had the Wisconsin cheddar cheese dip, and it was wonderful. The portion sizes are small, considering the cost, but wait staff is friendly and will bring you more if you ask. Our server Abby was fabulous. The shining star was, the dessert course that everyone loved! The experience definitely has novelty and was fun. The restaurant was clean, and and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend if you are looking to try something a little bit different than your regular night out.

We’ve been to the melting pot a bunch of times for special occasions, it’s our favorite spot! This time, our server was Peter and it was by far the best experience we’ve had so far. He was so attentive and helpful it definitely makes us want to come back sooner! He took the time to explain things to us and was quick and efficient. I definitely reccomend coming here!
The food is great, however, if you’re just coming for a cheese course, I have to recommend the Loaded Baked Potato fondue. It definitely fills you up and it’s so fun to cook your own food as well!!
Overall, 11/10 experience, all of the staff is so sweet! Peter, we will definitely be coming back and trying your recommendations!

Finally tried this place. It was lovely.

We got the 4-course for 2 and a bottle of wine. (Their wine selection is currently limited due to renovating the bar.)

Course 1: spinach-artichoke with a blend of cheeses, served with cubes of bread and various veggies and fruits. Really tasty.

Course 2, salad: my husband got the Caesar and I got the strawberry caprese. Holy mama, it was so good! Sweet strawberries, good tomatoes, soft mozzarella, and sliced toasted almonds on a bed of mixed greens with white balsamic. I could eat this salad every day.

Course 3: The Mojo cooking style, which smelled and tasted wonderful, with a selection of vegetarian dippers like Impossible meatballs, veggies, etc.

Course 4, dessert: We chose the dark chocolate w/dulce de leche and sea salt, and it was decadent! There was a selection of fruit and sweets to dip. My favorites were the strawberries and pineapple.

The service was excellent – professional and efficient. Our server was pretty hilarious, too. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, perfect for a date night out with your significant other.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I LOVE the cheese and chocolate fondues. The salad is okay. The meat I often get for an entree is typically good. The drinks I’ve gotten are good. I’ve had a couple bad experiences based on bad service. The manager did reach out to me to apologize and wanted to make things right with some free chocolate covered strawberries. The past few times I’ve gone I really liked my server. Sometimes the place overbooks and the service can be quite slow. It is a bit pricey but not too bad. I do really love this restaurant and some of the staff, but a few changes could be made to bring it up to 5 stars.

My wife and I went here for our 6th wedding anniversary. We were blown away. We were seated in a private booth in what they call the “lovers lane”. Such an amazing concept. Service was very friendly, and prompt. So much food for the price, and fantastically tasty! We can pack it in, and even we couldn’t finish the “big night out”. For a 4 course meal, $60 per head is quite reasonable. We will be back!

Delicious food and enjoyable dinner at the Melting Pot. We chose the 4 course dinner for two and could not finish it. Many left over boxes to remind us of the flavors and the experience. The cheese fondue was perfect with nice balance of bread, fruits and vegetables. For main course one of us had the Pacific rim, and the other was custom. We were pleasantly surprised with the app for your mobile that times the pot cooking time for different protein. So yes bring your phone. Dessert, we’ll what can I say, dark chocolate fondue with fruits, maagnifico
