After been advice on the drive thru to go in after i had a complaint about the food, i was left waiting on the lobby by the workers, i would see them talking to each other and laughing between them, after i was told what their names were by a person that was there, my sister started calling them for help/service and they ignored us! Thats when they went all the way in and we could hear them but not been able to see them, leaving us out there for a while. Once the girl came out again and saw the camera (the same cashier that told us to come in), acted like she didnt know we were still there. Our complain to begin with was the lack of extra ingredient that we paid for that the meal originally came with hardly had any. The girl said that we didnt pay for it than she said we did. But we wouldnt be able to tell as she never gave me a receipt. The issue wasnt the ingredient as we could of pay for more but her attitude sense we were in the drive thru was insane! She kept shutting the window on us, and not trying to understand our issue. Telling us if we wanted something to just go in, shutting the window on our face again like its not like it was busy. Once inside, getting ignored and laughed at was even more upsetting. At the end after asking for the cook as honestly i wasnt getting anywhere with her attitude, you could hear her on the phone saying that “Mario” the cook said he wasnt waisting his time on us. She was on the phone with the owner or a manager as she was explaining herself. If she was able to say that to them than it would of been pointless to complain to them about their attitude. Once i got home we could see hairs on the plate. Like it is the worse experience ever

I absolutely LOVE this Betos! Their dining room closes at 10, or 11 PM.I always get the same thing, a side of rice and beans. They always load up the to-go containers pretty full of both the rice and beans and server it with their AMAZING red, and green sauce! I love both hot sauces, but I like to put the red sauce on my rice and beans. It’s pretty hot and spicy, which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! They also, never forget my silverware, or napkins and rarely forget the hot sauces! I’m more concerned about the silverware and napkins! I don’t like getting my food without napkins or silverware with my food S. How can you eat without napk, when you go through the drive-thru?! And they’ll give you a very decent amount too! Over all,I highly recommend this location! The entire staff of employees are really nice and friendly. Keep up the excellent work Betos!!

The worst Mexican food I have ever had. The steak was cold and hard like it just came out of the fridge, the rice was nasty. I enjoyed the tortillas. But ended up throwing the rest of the food in the trash.

I swear the people working the drive thru don’t pay attention. I asked 3 times that they lady got my order correct and that se got the no guacamole on my hot cheetos fries well of course I open everything to check and of course my hot cheetos fries are not only soggy, but they were covered in guacamole and I can’t eat guacamole without breaking out in hives. As for the taco well talk about cold and soggy! Looks like the taco was dipped in water.
I called to let them know my order had been messed up and the manage tells me that the lady working the drive thru took someone’s DoorDash order that had been sitting there for who knows how long and gave it to me. I don’t know why you’d allow an employee to do something like that, but whoever is in charge needs to sit down and talk to this employee cause that is unacceptable!

Been coming here for years the food is kind of mid, but you get what you pay for. They recently upped their prices and makes it completely not worth going. It’s now $13 for a Breakfast burrito. Simply not worth it, Please lower your prices

We went around 1:00 am. We ordered, and then waited at the drive thru window for 13 minutes without anyone ever coming. I had to get out and go in to ask. The gal doing orders had been talking to a table inside the whole time and rushed to get the order that had been ready the forever in a bag. So ridiculous.

For the first time since first going to Betos I was not happy. This time I felt unwelcome by the staft at the drive through. I can live with that. But once I got home and began eating my Supreme burrito, it was very salty. So much that it was uneatable. I could not finish my burrito. I would like to know was it just me? Or did anyone else have a problem on 10/21/25?

This place is hit or miss. The biggest issue I’ve had consistantly is how wet the burritos are. They dump fluid out of the bottom 70% of the time, making the tortilla soggy. Everything else has been good.

I’ve been eating here since I was 13. I have no clue what has gone wrong the last two years, but this food is GROSS! Go support some other Mexican restaurant that hasn’t sold out. I’m done ordering from Betos. Unseasoned, wet chicken, and yet somehow still dry. On the bright side, I like their staff.
