Went to the 5 Guys location in Wilkes Barre Twp pa today. I haven’t been there since the store opened a few years ago. It was good then, but not now. The service was mediocre at best. It took about 3-5 minutes to be acknowledged, no greeting, just went to the register and stared at my husband and I. Ordered a bacon burger ketchup, mayo, jalapeno and light onion. The woman at the register didn’t say much and looked bothered. My husband then ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo and Cajun fries. No drinks. The bill was $38.00. My husband made it even with his tip. I got home and opened my burger, it was covered in a mountain of onions, hardly any mayo and I had to add my own ketchup. One of the burgers was so overdone that it crumbled apart when I bit into it. It was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even feed it to my dogs. I’m am so disappointed that a business that started out so strong has turned into this. In this economy, I work too hard for my money to be thrown away on this awful excuse for a burger.

Okay, so five guys is a little pricey. But the burgers are huge, with all the toppings you want, and they do not skimp on fries! A whole cup plus an extra scoop that fills the bottom of the bag! Definitely recommend a milkshake too!! Their fries are salty and crispy, and ghe burgers are so juicy

Me and the wife went in for a little bite and we had the cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno and ketchup and that was bangin’! First time there too. Those fries are delicious as well. I liked that our server threw more in the bag! Great job guys!

First time at the W-B shop… My burger was perfectly crafted, the fries were perfection. While the prices are higher than I would like, this was the best FIVE GUYS experience I have had in recent memory! Great job!

They charge fries and beverage seperately if you dont ask for trio and the fries alone are more expensive than a trio. Overprice and bad service.
