Don’t recommend going as a large party. We called ahead letting them know we were a larger party on the way. Didn’t matter. Restaurant was practically empty, now I know why. Service sucks. We waited over 1 hour for drinks and 2.5 hours for food, some people at our table didn’t even get their food. We ended up getting our own drinks. The server was having some sort of mental breakdown. No one was helping her. I spoke to the manager. I was nice, asked why were other servers not helping her and working together as a team to get the table served? There was only one other table in the restaurant….
Some other servers jumped in to help in the end. Melvin brought us free desert and we got a discount.

A group of 12 teenage girls and their parents visited the Rocky Mount, NC location on Saturday, February 26, 2026, around 1:30 p.m. after a volleyball tournament. We called ahead twice to notify the restaurant of our large group and even spoke directly with the manager. Despite this, and with only about 10 people in the restaurant, we waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated.
About 15 minutes after being seated, our server (Makayla) came to take our drink order. Everyone ordered either water or Dr Pepper. After 30 minutes, we still had not received a single drink—not even water. When the server returned to take our food order, she showed visible frustration when we informed her the checks would be separate.
At that point, one of the mothers went to the bar to request a pitcher of water and cups so the girls would at least have something to drink. This had to be done four separate times before everyone finally had water. Neither the server nor the manager brought drinks to our table or offered any apology for the delay. We then began getting our own sodas, only to discover that most of the soda options were either out or the dispenser was not working.
Once the server noticed we already had water, she began putting ice into cups, appeared irritated, and walked away. A mother in our group who works in the food service industry asked the manager if the team could work together to improve service. The manager responded, “We got it,” yet nothing changed. We later noticed that our drinks had been sitting at the bar the entire time, never delivered to our table.
The manager never stepped in to assist or address the situation. Eventually, a cashier named Melvin intervened. He sincerely apologized and explained that the server was overwhelmed. He kindly offered chocolate cake and cheesecake while we waited for our food, which was appreciated.
After nearly an hour, some of our food finally began to arrive—but we had no utensils. Even though we had previously asked for them while getting our own drinks, we were again told, “We got it.” When our original server saw that we already had utensils, she once again displayed an attitude. Every interaction with this server felt unpleasant, as though we were inconveniencing her. She moved with no sense of urgency and never once apologized. She did ask if anyone was missing food; five of us were. At that point we simply asked for it to be removed from the check or to get it to go.
The food itself was mediocre at best. When I asked to speak with the manager before leaving, she appeared indifferent and said she would apply a discount. However, when the checks arrived, they were incorrect and no discount had been applied, requiring her to redo them. Once again, no apology was offered—only Melvin showed any accountability or concern.
This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The lack of customer service, professionalism, teamwork, and basic table service was astonishing. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. There are serious inefficiencies throughout this restaurant, from management to servers, and meaningful corrective action is clearly needed.

Food was good in terms of taste, but I paid 7.49 for a regular order of onion rings and received precisely 8 onion rings.
That’s despicable. Floors inside the restaurant looked like they hadn’t been swept in a few hours.
Also, I had ordered for pickup, me and 4 others were waiting on our orders and was told they would be ready shortly. The hostess came out with all bags at the same time, that’s a red flag for anyone who has ever worked in the food industry.

Worst experience ever! Took over 10 minutes for someone to even come to my table just to say she’d be right back which another 8 minutes or so went by. My wife then proceeds to tell the waitress we would like to go ahead and order our food after our family gives our drink order. Mid way through giving our drink order she interrupts us and ask “ what we wanna eat “. So I finish giving my kids drink order then we all give our food order. They didn’t have wedges, fine cool, after every one orders she comes back in 5-7 minutes to tell us she didn’t have a certain sauce for my son’s order.. keep in mind after all this time we still haven’t got napkins or silverware just to add. We eventually get our drinks and then another 15-20 min go by and we finally get our food, however, my wife’s order wasn’t right at all, my son and daughter never got their ranch dipping sauce and neither of them never got their celery sticks.. at this time we still never get any napkins and silverware. My wife asks about her burger ( because they gave her the wrong order ) and the waitress says it’s coming off the grill now. 10 minutes go by and we flag her down to ask for our ranches for my kids wings and she then puts her finger up and says “ wait one minute “so then my wife says never mind my burger please remove it , it’s taken too long , my family has done ate and are almost done and we still haven’t got our sauces, utensils, and napkins. So then 5 minutes goes by and she brings our ranches and walks off. a manager comes by around 5 minutes to ask my wife what’s going on. My wife tells her and we think everything will be ok going forward.. We ask for to go boxes and the manager says she will still give my wife her burger so she could still eat at home so she wouldn’t have nothing at no cost. The waitress then eventually brings our napkins and silverware ( at the time we are ready to leave ). We are waiting on our check so 6 minutes go by and we flag another waitress down to cash out because our waitress at this point is MIA. Get home so my wife could eat and her burger is a complete mess. Keep in mind, my wife and I know how this place is supposed to work, we both worked here, front of the house and back of the house and it is by far not the same as it used to be. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Food was okay. But the service… was HORRIBLE took so long for appetizers, drinks, and entree’s to come out. Server was never up in date with us, would leave and only come when we called him over. Worst service we have ever gotten. I would rather take my money somewhere else that will actually care and be accommodating.

I got boneless wings that were fried hard and mozzarella sticks. Waitress seemed as if she had issues with concentration of focus. The service was fair. She did not come back and check on us. The TVs were extremely loud.

Went three times to this restaurant and each time the service gets worse than the last. On this final time, the waitress, Briana, was so rude before she even came to the table. She didn’t even say hi when we went to the table. We had a bigger table than our other times, but she was really rude and exasperated when she was taking our order. We all left due to when I took an alcoholic drink from my husband, mind you I am over 35, she took it with no apology, just straight took it away. Then when I decided to cancel my order, she asked the others if they’re going to cancel their order really rudely and so we all left. Worst experience ever.

Came in on a Saturday evening at 8:30. Had a party of 8. 15 minutes later our server comes and orders drinks. The place is about half full and we finally order 30 minutes in as we are waiting for the staff to take our main order. We place a simple order with nothing added or special ordered. By 940 we get our order; however, three orders are completely wrong and one order was not even fixed until we asked where their order was. When the missing order came out it was still wrong.
The men’s bathroom had dried urine all over the floor, urinal casing, and the toilet. They took the price of the missing order off the total but we will NEVER go back. This establishment needs a thorough examination of their service training and health regulations.

we were given no service. The waiter had an attitude with us after we had said we didn’t wanna eat here anymore or for her to go get the water or nothing because she simply had an attitude and we didn’t get an apology from her why we didn’t want to eat here anymore it’s a great place in the past. I don’t know what has happened in the future, but like I said attitude, we got from the server was ridiculous because how are you gonna get mad at us that we didn’t get served and honestly the approach from the whole the manager that was on duty was unacceptable too because she also gave us attitude for not wanting to eat there anymore. She came by us one time and didn’t even ask us like did we get served yet or nothing or no apology that was really unprofessional
