I seldom use to come to this location until one day I came in for breakfast and a waitress name Jennifer in the mornings greeted us and gave us the best customer service ever. She made sure that our experience was enjoyable. They got rid of some of the menu items that I like but she made sure I received my vanilla coffee with whip cream. I ordered smoke sausage and it wasn’t cooked all the way but she made sure that it was cooked just right. She told me that I am paying for it and I should have the way I like it. She is truly the best waitress I have ever had. I will continue to eat there as long as she works there. Her expert customer service goes a long way.

First time to this IHOP, everything was good, except we had one issue. There was a person making ballon animals, came to our table and proceeded to tell us what she could make. We assumed she worked there and she made a couple of animals for my grandkids. We gave her a “tip” for doing this at which point we realized she did not work there. As she mentioned she had a cash app. So while the food and service were good, we do not want to have people come to our table trying to sell stuff. We came to relax and enjoy our meal. I gave a 3 star because of this.

Me and my family of three two adults one kid 4 years old came in today at 2pm on the dot today Feb 8th 2026 we had to wait 2 mins to be at a booth which is fine normal wait time what is not fine is the lady just left us there and said the waiter will be with you shortly we waited till 2:36pm no lunch cause we had get my son haircut and some new shoes before tomorrow for school pics this week we’ll the waiter nor anyone came to check on us or even offer if a drink they all say 3 booths over just talking the hole time not a meeting just playing around 6 to 7 people that work there and they had 2 door dashers just waiting 10 to 20 mins on help as well we never even got offered a drink we Left at 2:40 they wasted our time who ever is in charge of this place you need to fix it I will be reporting this to the better business bureau as well you don’t treat people who are nice and have money to spend and a 4 year old to feed and my son is saying he’s hungry the hole wait then you laugh at us leaving this place is disgraceful

Heather is the best server in town!! I always have good service and great food here, but she deserves to be recognized!! My eggs were overcooked today, but everything else was superb! Never a long wait for food, always clean and always good service- maybe everyone else should adjust their training to IHOP standards!! I called the IHOP located at 2710 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, Georgia to place a pickup order and was told that they do not accept pickup orders over the phone. I was instructed to place the order online instead. I did exactly that, paid online, and sent my son to pick up the food.
When he arrived at the restaurant, the staff claimed they never received the online order…even though it was fully paid for. They asked him to show proof of the receipt, which he did. Despite this, when my son returned home, I discovered they only prepared one order, even though the receipt clearly showed two orders were placed and paid for.
I then called the IHOP at 2710 Watson Boulevard to explain the issue. The gentleman who answered the phone put a woman on the line; who I believe was a manager and her attitude is what completely turned me off. Instead of apologizing or reassuring me that the mistake would be corrected, she was extremely rude, began yelling at me, insisted they only saw one order, and then hung up the phone on me.
Up until that point, I was frustrated but calm. However, the way I was spoken to and dismissed as a customer and as a human being was completely unacceptable. Hospitality is about how you treat people and how you make them feel, and this experience felt anything but hospitable. It felt like a runaround, a hassle, and a complete lack of accountability.
I recently moved to Georgia, and this was my first experience with IHOP here. Unfortunately, this one interaction has completely changed my view of the brand. Unless customer service is taken seriously and staff are trained to treat people with respect, I will not be spending any more of my money at IHOP. I would honestly rather go to McDonald’s, and that says a lot.
This location deserves one star only because zero stars is not an option.

The food was fantastic aside from the toast. It was a bit stale. Our server though stood in the kitchen area the entire time. It wasn’t busy so we could hear every single curse word being said in the kitchen. Blanca brought us our food in a timely manner which was a lot of food, but didn’t refill my drink until I was finished and ready to go.

After the HORRIBLE service at OLIVE GARDEN last night this Ihop visit restored my faith. Today Ihop was VERY crowded and yet everything was wonderful. Thank you for yet another 5-star visit.

Erdem was our server, and he was good at his job. A very pleasant and humble man. He provided fine service as all our meals were exactly what we ordered.
The wait for food was minimal, and everyone was pleased with the quality.
The restaurant was clean front to back with the bathroom being exceptional.
I love they leave the coffee pot on the table as I hate having to wait for a coffee refill.
I would gladly return.

Our waiter helped us out great and didn’t hesitate. Unfortunately the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. The other waitress was just sitting off to the side criticizing the other waitress just to make herself look good. The Manager here doesn’t have any manners in regards to helping his employees. Got onto one the waiter right beside us and was very rude. And the waiter explained his reasoning for doing what he did and was going to get it to take it to the back and he just made him feel stupid out loud in front of everyone. Just a very unhealthy atmosphere.

I only went because my husband wanted to go. He noticed I wasn’t enjoying my food. We won’t be going back but I’m sure he will. Best thing to had was the lemonade. Waitress is a gem.

We had breakfast and Jennifer was our server. She did a wonderful job; told us how to save money with our order. The food came out hot and it was more than enough for the price we paid. It was a very delicious and pleasant breakfast. Thank you Jennifer. Everything was fabulous.
