They served me a bag that had blood on it. When I informed them they fought with me about it and at the bare minimum they wouldn’t even give me a refund of $12. I had to get blood tests done because I had eaten some of the food before I realized. They didn’t even apologize, because they thought I was lying. Beware this McDonald’s, it’s food and it’s absolutely despicable employees.

Horrible service with long wait times! The worst customer service I had experienced. But they will give you a coupon for taking 30 minutes of your time waiting. If you aren’t DoorDash or drive thru save yourself a bad day!

We went at around 8:30 just for the employee Ethan to gaslight us about not having breakfast burritos (despite their name they’re avaliable from open to close) and even after their co-worker reinformed them this Ethan guy wouldn’t back down. We then later came back to speak to the manager Jason just for him to snap at us aswell and act like he was above corprorate. If you really want McDonalds, just go to the Hogan Road location.

The wife and I purchase McDonald’s everyday, in Oldtown, Broadway & union st. On the weekends. Almost every morning at least one sandwich from Oldtown is hard and not edible. They always replace it without issues except the wait B4 work makes it so we have to leave early to anticipate the issue. Broadway we use roughly twice a week once in the morning and once at night for the kids, the wait is always long, in the past month I have received a cheese burger wrapped in my mc chicken wrapper, sausage egg and cheese missing the egg, a bacon egg & cheese mc griddle with only bacon on it, no egg or cheese, ordered a double cheese burger and receive a plain cheese burger. I have called several times & left my order numbers, my name and my phone number. I’ve never been contacted or acknowledged. It wouldn’t be to big a deal except the wait makes it so I have to rush to work and don’t have time to check my food let alone have it fixed. Union st. Has never had any issues the food is fresh, fast and service is excellent.

Stopped here on my way to vacation for a quick bite. Got our drinks and my daughter got her happy meal. 15 minutes later, still sitting in the drive thru pickup line, no food many people who arrived after us had received their food and left. Went in and talked to a person on the counter, they half assed apologized and said they could make something real quick, but at this point had already been waiting a half hour. They were rude at the counter, didn’t seem to care, and overall, unapologetic

It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my family’s food, then another 5 minutes for our drinks. Staff were all over the place, and even one of the managers was crying loudly that she is over worked. After we got our food and sat down to eat in the new area. Almost 20 minutes later, we get told the area was supposed to be locked and under construction with no signs up. I’m sorry that you are incompetent on how to do your job and don’t know how to lock up an area for safety. Not to mention, my wife had already been in said area in that 20 minutes. I was waiting for our food with the kids.

This location is hard to get into — it’s right at a weird intersection, which makes turning in and out a bit tricky. We ordered through the mobile app, but they didn’t get our order right. We had to tell them what we actually ordered, and the staff wasn’t very friendly about it. Definitely double-check your order before leaving to make sure it’s correct.

The food was put quick and hot. The food was cheap, 2 cheese burgers a large fry and medium drink for $10. Staff were nice, and the music was nice. I recommend! 4☆!!!!

I don’t think in the year I’ve been going here, that I’ve ever gotten a correct order. Something is usually always missing. I do mostly mobile orders on the way to work so I can’t always wait around for 20+ minutes, or to check and make sure everything is there the first time, and not in a second back placed out 5 minutes later. The fries have never been salted. I’ve been ripped off $20 + orders before, and due to it being mobile order I was given no refund. Avoid if possible.

What’s the point in having hours of operation if nobody’s there twice today I’ve sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and nobody took my order finally got pissed off enough to go inside and all the doors locked didn’t know McDonalds got snow days when the rest of us have to work will not be coming back not even if I’m drunk wanting a mcchicken I’ll go to Burger King
