The manager (Man in Red) was really friendly. I have had bad experiences with Jack in The Box before but the fact that he took time out of his busy schedule to answer the phone and still make me smile when I got there is very appreciated. I was able to get something for my mother and my sister that all three of us can treasure. Thank you so much. It’s kind people like this that the world needs now a days. Even if it’s a little farther then any other jack near my house I will always drive to this one just because of this Man.

Food is ok depends on what you like. They did add a protein bowl to the menu which is not bad. Some burgers are to me not so great but the smash burger is not bad and the chicken sandwich is ok only the need to be cooked a little longer.

Just picked up my mobile order and I’m beyond disappointed. Took an hour to get it and the burgers were completely wrong. Fries hard and tasteless. Wish management would help this place out and ensure they have more coverage overnight.

Ridiculous. I asked for curly fries and ranch and got neither. There was NO ONE behind me, yet they still made me pull around to the front and wait 15 minutes — for the WRONG order. Food isn’t cheap anymore, so there’s no excuse for messing up a simple order and then having an attitude when it’s pointed out.

I went to buy 20 tacos today and I was surprised that they gave me the tacos in less then 5 minutos, I was happy but when I got home the tacos weren’t fresh like I always got them, they gave me some of them fresh and some of them cold like they cooked them earlier.. is my first time that this happened to me I’m really disappointed.. I put them in the trash, because is late night and I don’t have time to go back today.

Came Sunday a 8:30 and no one was there on drive thru. We pull up to the window and NOBODY was at the kitchen but you see people eating inside. We pulled to the front contemplating whether to go inside or not but saw a worker sitting on top of the table on the phone. We left. Terrible

Around 10:00 pm, while placing my order, the cashier requested exact change (78¢), which caused a minor inconvenience as I had to retrieve it from my front seat while trying to enjoy my backseat for once. Unfortunately, this resulted in spilling my ashtray in the car.
Upon receiving my order, I discovered there was no BBQ sauce included as requested. After returning for the sauce, I opened my burger to find unmelted cheese slices, something I’ve never experienced with this menu item at other locations.
Disappointed, I requested a manager, hoping for a resolution. The manager, whose name I believe was Luis C., examined the burger but seemed unconcerned and stated this was how it normally came. I explained that this wasn’t the standard preparation for the burger.
While the manager offered to remake the burger, their overall attitude, including speaking to staff in another language about the remake, made me feel uncomfortable.
Additionally, the locked lobby prevented me from observing the preparation process.
Given these factors, I opted for a refund, which was surprisingly denied.
The remade order arrived with inconsistencies: the fries were discolored and unevenly cooked, further diminishing my confidence in the quality.
Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations. I hope this review encourages the restaurant to improve customer service and ensure food preparation meets established standards. Should’ve gotten a picture of that burger for sure here are fries.
