We used to love going to McDonald’s but as of lately the quality and service has been anything but good in all of the restaurants. I have been pulled over to the parking area and waited for food several times and they can’t seem to get it right. I have been made late for work because of complete incompetence of the crew. I have been served the wrong food not once but 3 times in the same visit and they were rude because they didn’t get it right. Now we just expect them to get it wrong. McDonald’s you need to do better and the franchise owners needs to step in and retrain all of them. We know you won’t but you really should. Maybe secret shoppers should be sent in or the health department. Do better.

Ordered food then sat down with our number. Staff then set our food at a random table across the place. We got up to ask where our food at since it was 20 minutes at that point. Staff say we never had an order like that and asked if I even paid. We then asked if it was the food sitting at an empty table. We went up and check. And yes it was with my friends name on the receipt with our table number. I don’t know how this happened.

My burger a sloppily prepared. One pickle was not in the sandwich and one was hanging out. The edges of the meat patty were crispy hard. There was way too much ketchup, dripping all over. They didn’t include napkins. None were offered in the dining room. I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt was blank. I had to go to the counter and wait for an attendant to find out if my order went through.

Unfortunately, I have had too many breakfast sandwiches the sausage egg McMuffin with the eggs, having shells in them I have never complained of until recently. I gave it another try and it also had eggshells so I called to inform them as my daughter was eating her breakfast sandwich. She had egg shells in her food, which is a choking hazard I finally called them very respectfully just to let him know that it was in my daughter’s food this time and to try to be more cautious So no children get hurt the manager said “were human we make mistakes sorry that happened. What is it that you want me to do for you? Do you want to come back or not” I said unfortunately, We’re already home and she said well I’ll send a coupon for a sandwich. Is that it with a huge attitude like I was such an inconvenience to her or even calling to express concerns But I am just scared that your child would choke as my daughter had it in her food, but I did not appreciate the way she was being towards me I even told her she didn’t have to worry about the coupon. It’s fine and she hung up the phone after getting my address. Honestly just upsetting as I never call but bc my child or a home else could choke and it happens to frequently so I just wanted to warn them to be more cautious that’s all.

Got breakfast burritos at 11:12am my friend did as well, and they were falling apart everywhere and so freezing cold. Some people just want to enjoy a nice meal. This is outrageous, could have just thrown them in the microwave for a minute and I would have never complained.
