Ordered 3 tacos they didn’t even put enough chicken to fill the taco end to end then when I showed them they try to tell me its once spool full aint no way. Its 4 employees just staring at me! Making faces cause I want my tacos filled with protein not extra just normal amount of meat! Do better the chicken dont come out of yall pockets!

Chipotle is consistently delicious! I got a bowl with: white rice, black beans, chicken and steak, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. It was massive, and absolutely hit the spot! Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, will not be back. Order a quesadilla in advance and we got a bowl ordered when we got there. First issue was the girl who took my order. They were all busy talking and laughing with each other that she was clearly annoyed helping us. We asked for extra rice, she gave me less rice than we normally receive without asking for extra, when we asked for her to put more in again she barely scooped a spoonful. Then chicken, I get they won’t give numerous scoops but she gave us a half of a scoop, chicken was nonexistent you would think it was coming directly from her paycheck. The other girl at the register was pleasant but the first one had huge attitude and not friendly at all.
When went to get my quesadilla from them that I ordered in the app, I got the wrong order handed, no biggie, took it back and even though the order was marked ready, they had no one’s orders ready. Three of us were standing there with “order ready” and we watched them have to prep all orders. They gave me mine. They were terrible! They were smooshed, asked for peppers IN the quesadilla they put on side, so much cheese so little steak which is outrageous pricing already, three pieces of steaks in one quesadilla and maybe 5 on the other. Was greasy and falling apart. You can see also that the steak was on one half of each side, the other side was tortilla and cheese. Would not recommend this location, go out of your way to find another! Way too expensive for this!

I hate to say this but. This chipotle sucks, usually when you go to chipotle they give you full scoops of everything. Keep in mind Chipotle is not a “cheap eats”. The price I pay I would like to see it in my bowl. I say retrain the staff at this location. Just look at the pinch of dead looking lettuce I got. The food didn’t even fill up to the rim. Wasted my time and money. How do you guys have so many BAD reviews and still be acting the same way?!

Stopped for lunch around 12:30pm with a coworker of mine. The line wasn’t huge and it was moving fast. We were on a 28” trailer and there was a huge parking lot on the back that we were able to easily park.
The food was great and the staffs were friendly. My coworker, unfortunately, found a long hair in his food. So they had to remake his order. However, he was asked to stay in the line again to get his food remake which was a bit inconvenient.

I work nearby so I order at this location a bunch. Food is always good and prepared very quickly which is great for my lunch break. And for some reason prices are cheaper here than the olathe location I live by. Only been a few times i went to grab my order and no one was around and had to walk up front.

Waited ten minutes because the lady said our food wasn’t ready then she disappeared. Another lady came in the back and multiple people’s orders were there on the shelf the whole time. Get back to work only to find the order completely wrong although the sticker on both burritos were right. Waste of 30 dollars and a tip .

For some reason this location appears to be declining! Rice was under cooked, staff was grumpy, and the store was dirty! I ran into another location that was in worse condition… could this be a pattern? This is a red flag and a Sell Sell Sell indicator to us! Only a matter of time before someone gets sick and dies as a result of management neglect!
