After reading the most recent reviews, I was a little nervous to place an order thru the app. The wait time was the only bad part we experienced. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The gentleman working at the window, who also brought our food out to the parking space they requested we wait in, was very kind and polite! I would return to this location.

This location is in an interesting corner off the Hwy 183 service road. It’s a bit of a tight space and the drive thru lane seems a bit narrow on the turn around the building, but we decided to dine in.
We ordered Classic style Chicken w/ Mashed Potatoes, and Coleslaw. The food was good and our cashier was really nice to us.

This location is as horrible as many of the reviews say. I came through the drive thru and was told the special I was looking to order had to be ordered through the app. So I got out of the line to place the order through the app and then hopped back in the drive thru to pick my order up. My food was cold the chicken was dry and hard and not edible. I then went inside to get fresh food and it took a minute before someone came to help me. I explained to one of the workers which was an older woman that my food was cold as hell and not edible. She walked away and told another employer by the name of Eric. Eric came to the front counter asked me what was wrong I explained to him what it was and he tried to explain that I took too long to pick my food up and that’s why it’s cold. I told him I was already at the restaurant when I placed the order so no that’s not why. He then told me he was not going to go back and forth with me pointed towards the lobby told me to call a number to get help and walked off. No one ever approached me after this. I kept asking for the number I needed to call and I was ignored. It took me having to talk loudly before the older women who originally helped me showed me the number I needed to call which was for the store manager Kia. I called her multiple times and got no answer. After I did not get an answer I asked Eric if he was going to help me and was told he doesn’t help the front even though he had just walked up to me to ask what I needed. I explained to older woman that Eric was being very rude and was not trying to help me she chuckled and proceeded to speak to Eric in Spanish. Eric then told me “ I don’t help yall” I asked him who is yall ?! Eric and I continued to go back and forth yelling. He made rude comments and was very catty. My issue was never resolved when it involved me and Eric. It wasn’t until my boyfriend came inside the store that Eric found some customer service skills and decided to help.

Drove through to get a quick lunch. Ordered 3 piece blackened chicken strips and unsweetened tea. Tea was sweet, so I asked for unsweet. Guy reluctantly obliged. Gave me another sweet tea! WTH?! Chicken was inedible. Paid $12.75 and threw it in the trash. Terrible location!

Really bad experience, dining room was clean, quiet location, food was cooked good, customer service was really bad.
While we ordering using the screen, saw that lady wiped her sweaty face with her bare hands, she picked the trash cans after and started changing the bags while she putting the cans on her register desk. The same spot they handing the food to the customers, then she came to work on my order to put the chickens in my box. I asked her, could you please have gloves on? Her answer was, what? Why? The same time the other guy walked up saying she doesn’t have to. And by LAW, we don’t have to use gloves. I said by law? That’s unacceptable. He said, yes by LAW. And we all do unacceptable things. Even you do unacceptable things, every body does. I’ll prepare the food for you. I said well, you don’t know me to talk to me like that but okay, let me have my food. Took the food and left. They both got upset just because I saw they both not clean enough to take care of the customers food and their job. I’m requesting the management to take a look at the recorded camera to see what I’m talking about to teach their workers how to be clean, you are preparing food for public, not for yourself or children. If you don’t care about the food safety, then you don’t deserve this job. I’m very disappointed with this place and not recommending it to anyone who cares about clean food and health of the others.
Whoever over this place, go back to the cameras and check to see what I’m talking about. Date was 09/04/2025 time was around 08:50 pm.

I ordered 4 meals two ghost pepper w cheese and bacon 2 pies and some cheese bites send 60 dang dollars. Get home there is no bacon or cheese on either sandwich. So I call the store an employee by the name of Isiah answer and was so rude saying if I don’t. Drive all the way back there and bring the sandwiches that they will not be able to do anything. Then I asked for manager he states she is gone and he don’t know when she left or be back and her name is Nakia. I informed him I didn’t have time to come back. My husband had to go to work. He then screamed in the phone saying he had a long day and hung up in my face. When I called back he did it again. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever. Also he didn’t know the corporate number or when the manager name Nakia worked again. I will be calling back tomorrow

Our chicken was rock hard. Some of it smelled very bad. One of the the fry orders was just put directly in a bag. No fry box oil just seeping through the bag. When you call the phone, it gives a busy line beep. When you try to chat, Support, it recognizes the pick up order but it will not Let me select the items and just opens an empty pop-up box with nothing to select items there’s an issue. It won’t let me free hand type it. So we can’t get any customer service for this disgusting food that they sent out. I don’t know if this is just consistent for the Popeyes in Texas because this is the second location not far from one Another that has terrible customer service and provided terrible food. But this food is very expensive for it to be this bad.

If your dining room isn’t open at 6:45 in the evening I’m going to give you a bad score. Personally, I hate drive through. I wanted to pick up about $40 worth of food and i don’t like ordering that through a speaker you can’t understand and I don’t want to hold up the line.

Hello. I just had a horrible experience at one of your locations. First, I ordered the summer combo and they said they couldn’t give me the chicken fries because they didn’t take them out to thaw them. And instead of giving me an item of equal value they gave me French fries.
THEN when we got home, in the chicken sandwich we ordered this disgusting substance came out of the chicken breast after a bite…it does not match the color of the sauce on the burger nor does it take like anything that should be on it.

I went through the drive thru and the young man at the drive thru was very nice you could tell he was raised with manners. He asked me to come to the window to help me with my order. I ordered a 10 piece family meal and told him I didn’t like thighs so don’t give me a lot of thighs. He said he would keep an eye on it. He completed my order smiling every minute and told me have a wonderful holiday. With being a mom that struggles during holidays due to the loss of my daughter, having a polite attendant made my day. Actually all fast food needs to have him train their associates with this young man. I left there smiling and had every intentions on giving this experience 5 stars. I drive many miles a week and from Fort Worth to Irving I have never had such a polite attendant in years. Then I get home I have one leg, 2 wings, one breast, and 6 thighs. I don’t care for thighs as discussing above. My red beans and rice was premade in a container in warmer and was full of rice and maybe a table spoon of beans. The biscuits were fresh I loved that. I’m sad I couldn’t give this experience a better score. When they write on here they will bring to management attention it does not improve the costomer experience or loss.
