From time to time I get the urge to have a toxic reminder of my youth with a Big Mac meal. Sense I was a kid I request “light Mac sauce” when I order. The receipt and the box say light Mac sauce, Yet every single time it is literally soaked in Mac sauce. I finally said something to the manager and was promised a replacement meal next visit. Today was that visit. The manager was defensive and hesitant, even asked if I needed the entire meal as promised or just the sandwich. She never apologized or anything. Just threw my replacement meal on the counter and walked away. Guess how my replacement meal was: SOAKING IN DAMN MAC SAUCE. Unbelievable. Lost me as a customer of convenience forever.

I hate being that person but this place is fr going down hill. I usually will just suck it up if something isn’t the best, I’ve worked in restaurants so I can understand if it’s short staffed or busy, but recently everytime something is wrong or missing. Tonight I ordered a McDouble add mayo and lettuce. Looks like i literally just got mayo and a pickle lol. Oh and they forgot my snack wraps so it’s either I go hungry or eat a mayo sandwich. Yum oh and I took the pic after having to literally reassemble the entire sandwich. It probably takes more effort to make it shitty than making it somewhat enjoyable

Door dash order, always missing items. I even went to this location to get the refund but they told me to ask door dash to get the refund which I understood. They never answer the phone because there are only 2 people working after hours according to Tyler. And told me to come get the missing items tomorrow due to their maintenance. So why you are accepting door dash then?? Since the bag was completely sealed, those dasher can’t check the items inside of the bag. Maybe because there are ONLY 2 people working in middle of the night so they cant fill the right orders?? Food was cold, not fresh. They don’t even answer the phone!! Never again!!

Food is fine…unfortunately they stopped putting effort in their coffee. I ordered Ice Caramel latte, when I got the “coffee” it was 99% plain milk and no caramel taste. This is becoming disappointing.

Everytime I go here they forget items, and this morning they didn’t put ANY of the hash browns I ordered in my bag, then when I went in the staff argued with me and told me they did. They must serve a lot of invisible food here that only they can see. Avoid this McDonald’s.

Was given can bacon instead of sausage and the Asian woman manager was very nice helping.
Older — Parks 3 cars for fries instead of just giving us our orders as they come through the drive thru window.
Waited way too long as other cars went through drive through and Asian woman manager argues with me about being short staffed as she parks cars to save her times and deals with customers at the counter instead.

Absolutely horrible! Missing two fries did not get two of the honey mustard cups. Ordered online so they had ample amount of time to get the order correct and ready. Food was cold. Chicken nuggets were hard and cold. And One patty missing on the big Mac. Wild!!!

Idk what’s going on with this McDonalds but the inside be locked at there opening time sometimes. There food isn’t good anymore like the color of the fry n nuggets are crazy. They used to be idk what’s happening there. But they need to get it together. The manger with tatttos the female is an og when she there it be okay. I’m not gonna lie Every time I come here there’s usually something wrong whether my sandwich is made wrong or something else and I end up having to come back to switch it out. I’m not the type to usually report or complain about it, but it is kind of getting annoying how it’s Occurring thing today, I was given an attitude, a girl with glasses, long hair, and then The second I walked out I opened my bag and got the coldest hash brown I’ve ever had from McDonald’s before I don’t understand and I just checked my sandwich. I just reviewed this part of the comment, but my sandwich was messed up again for the third time in a row.
