It was not welcoming. I had two orders but the GM more than likely allowed me to get the first order in and assumed that I was done. I wanted a combo on the second order but she didn’t think I wanted it and only rang me up for a sandwich. I didn’t want to argue or advise her of how rude this was. Not listening to your customer will lose you a customer. I come from a smaller town 2 hours away and was here for work. It must be a bigger city thing to treat most everyone this way.

First time visitor to this location. I ordered via the app (25% discount right off the bat!) and my order was ready when I got there. Employees were polite and friendly. I was greeted right-off-the-bat by a gentleman in the kitchen.
The food was good enough but I’m not sure I’d pay the full menu price for it. Arby’s does, however, seem to be very generous with discounts for their app users.

Mixed quality. Sometimes I’ll get a good amount of cheddar on me beef n cheddar sandwich, other times it’ll be dripping. Sometimes I’ll get a medium fry with the fries almost falling out of the container, sometimes I’ll get a medium fry that’s half full.

Just went through the lonentontry the new chicken. Nuggets. I told the lady at the window. I will pull to the side please my food fresh. She said okay we are waiting on fries. I pull up waiting for my food. Fries are fresh but these nuggets are nasty as hell probably been sitting there a couple hours and they taste like old grease. Man you can get good food anymore. This place is hit and miss. You can tell the chicken just dry lol. Just wanted to add. Went back again to give it another try ordered the chicken sandwhich could barely break the chicken with my hands. I will never eat at this location again. You can never get fresh food.
