Went through drive through and got two 3pc strips meal with fries and no drink. They said they were out of a few pieces of strips, so could they put a couple boneless chicken tenders in there instead and I said yes. Got food to work and it was all completely inedible. You could not decipher between strips or tenders – it was all cold pieces of some type of meat. The fried were also completely inedible. They were cold and looked like they were 3 days old and completely oil soaked, so when we tried to reheat them in a toaster oven, they just got warmed up a bit but did not get crispy because they were completely oil soaked. It was all disgusting. To top it off, they did not give me my receipt, so when I called to tell them I wanted my money back, she said she needed my original receipt, even though I just got done telling her they did not give me one. It was over $21 for 2 3pc strips with fries and no drinks. A complete ripoff and horrible customer service on top of that. I will never go back to Popeye’s as it has gone completely down hill. Food made me sick. Ugh.

Took another couple here that had never experienced Popeyes before, I love their chicken, rice and beans and coleslaw. Both the men ordered all dark but we each got a breast. The other pieces tested like they had been sitting there a long time as they were dry. We had gone a month ago and the food was delicious, so maybe just luck of the draw.

The food is ho-hum okay at best. Most of the time they screw up the order anyway. And the service is absolutely horrible. Always takes five times longer than any other restaurant I’ve ever been to it takes them longer than a sit-down restaurant. And the competency of probably 75% of their employees is absolutely atrocious. I’m talking they don’t know their left from their right.

Justeen the manager here was awesome. She brought out my fresh cheesy bites while waiting for fresh chicken. Because of her wonderful customer service and the good food that was made, we will definitely be back.

I went for lunch today went to the drive-through missed my coleslaw no big deal. I have no problem coming back in to get it when I came in. The girl says I’ve only had one order with coleslaw and I put it in there like I was lying. I have no reason to lie That is absolutely horrible customer service as she throws the coleslaw across the counter pretty much doesn’t throw it but slides it pretty much the same thing do better. Popeyes food was great though manager standing right there should’ve done something about it.

Ok area, the people in the front make it look messy. I saw a few people return because they forgot something.

This Location sucks anymore, they give you cold food, soggy fries, smashed sandwiches because they load more than one order in a bag, they don’t give you the amazing of food you pay for, and there not courteous. It’s soo disappointing and messed up. Only reason for the two stars is that the food still good. I love Popeyes but this Location needs new crew.

I can’t believe i am giving this review on my favorite fried chicken! I’ve been eating fairly healthy but craved Popeye’s for dinner. Told my kids I am getting Popeye’s! Went to the drive through ordered 12 pcs family meal with 2 large sides (red bean and rice and coleslaw)! Paid $40.57! Only to find out that the 12 pcs (6 wings, 1 drumstick and 5 thighs), got the saddest red bean and rice! Mostly rice over a thin layer of beans and oh the coleslaw was 3/4 full. called the location where i bought it (Millard Ave) to tell them of my experience, i was told “you were probably waiting for awhile and we were low on chicken! WHUT?! I replied you should tell your costumers that!! And he hang up on me! Really?! Favorite no more!

Haven’t been to Popeyes in awhile and decided to try their shrimp meal. Never again, this was the worst decision and I’m incredibly disappointed in the food and the service. Waited over 30 mins for this “meal” and there was hair in it. Ended up just throwing it in the trash. Do not go here.
