I had order doordash at 9:15 when their hours say they close at 10:00.. Taco John’s had confirmed my order and eventually there was two doordash drivers at the place called me and told me that Taco John’s is no longer taking orders for doordash that late and I had to cancel my doordash so I did but because of how late it was and that Taco John’s confirm my order I couldn’t get my money back which was $50 worth.. I even called the restaurant and yelled at them and complained about this and they couldn’t do nothing back or w refund me. I won’t be never eating there ever again which is so sad because I prefer Taco John’s then Taco Bell..

Ordered 6 pack and a pound, got home to Isanti and there were only the tacos in the bag. I called to report the error and was told I could drive back or they would send a coupon for the missing Ole’s. Seems to me that when you screw up an order like that, you should make it right and offer something extra for the hassle. Most other restaurants do. Also, when did tacos become just meat, cheese and mostly lettuce?
I guess I will have to go back 1 more time to get the potatoes I ordered, but that will be the last time.

This place was a mess. The photo of the messy table with a drink on it was there before we arrived. Mind you I have 5 kids and the floor was before we ate. The last picture was of the table where we ate at, after we were done. Also had to ask for it to be cleaned ahead of time. Good food, decent service, but nobody gave a damn about the dining area. We were here almost an hour. 5 kids do that to ya.

Better menu than t bell employees are friendly. My order always gets out in a timely manner. The sizes of there pop used to be a lot larger but they downsize to the clear plastic cups not really surprised because that seems to be the wave so you don’t get. The same value and full cup But other than that great experiences every time

Good place to eat. Lobby is usually very clean and staff is usually very friendly. Prices are slightly higher than at a place like Taco Bell but the food is still good. There does seem to be a focus on drive through service over lobby guests so be prepared for that.

ABSOLUTELY gross. Our order (drive thru) was incorrect and we didn’t realize it until we were too far to go back. Got chicken quesadillas. Chicken was nasty and full of gristle. Tortilla was slimy. Potato Oles were soggy, greasy and cold. I ordered two guacamole and nacho cheese – which I paid for – and didn’t receive them. Mexi-rolls were the same as potato oles-soggy, greasy and cold. Will not be returning there.
