I took my daughter to her favorite place for her 21st bday. We were lucky to have Reajah as our server. She was amazing and took great care of the birthday girl. I appreciate her kindness and she made sure we were well taken care of. I appreciate her making my babies dinner a great experience. Kudos to Reajah i hope that Applebee’s know what an amazing staff member they have in you. Give that girl a raise and a praise We ordered the pickle fries 9/10, riblet basket 10/10 coleslaw 1/10, boneless chicken wings extra hot 5/10 due to not being spicy at all, spinach artichoke dip 10/10 chips that came with the dip 4/10 due to being highly salty.

Stopped here last weekend traveling. Decided on the special of grilled beef and cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup. I didn’t have the bbq sauce on the sandwich because I don’t eat pork. We got the all around appetizer and that was great. Our server was very nice. Lots of what is on the menu is deep fried.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I placed a mobile order and showed up on time, then stood there for 45 minutes with several DoorDash drivers who were also waiting. Not a single employee acknowledged any of us. At this point, I’m assuming they thought I was just another DoorDash driver waiting for a pickup, because at least 10 servers walked past without saying a word.
Finally, my girlfriend asked someone what was going on—only to find out our food had been ready long before I even arrived. It had just been sitting there. By the time they handed it over, it was completely cold. And to make it worse, they weren’t checking or managing any of the DoorDash orders either. The only reason they suddenly cared about mine was because they realized we were actually eating it.
Then the manager came over and tried to make it right by giving us two $20 complimentary gift certificates. Except one of them was already expired—it said it expired on November 30th, 2025. So not only was it unusable, it felt like an insult to my intelligence. It didn’t help; it made the entire experience ten times more frustrating.
This was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning. If you can’t handle online ordering…don’t do online ordering.

The small-town charm of Greenwood, Indiana, always calls to me. Every time I’m in town, I find myself pulled towards a specific spot. The Applebee’s Grill+Bar restaurant offers a consistently pleasant experience, and I keep going back. The service is always top-notch, with friendly faces ready to assist. The food is reliably delicious, hitting the spot every time. The familiar atmosphere feels comfortable and welcoming, which is something I value. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend visiting if you’re ever in the area.

I come here a lot, sometimes by myself and other times with friends. I have for the past few years. I normally come in the evening, around 8-10 pm depending on the night. While I’ve had my regulars over the years, other servers know who I am. This place is great for those on a smaller budget when you come here during the half price app hours. Rarely I’ve had issues with my food, maybe only twice in the 3 years I’ve come here. The environment is great, very welcoming and relaxing. Servers are attentative enough for you to still spend time by yourself. I highly recommend getting served by Mars, one of their wonderful bartenders, Shane, another amazing bartender but also serves, and Austin, a fantastic hostess.

We had such a nice experience at Applebee’s last night. Mia has truly made the night! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. she genuinely cares about her customers. The rest of the staff was just as great — fast, polite, and organized. This Applebee’s is lucky to have such a wonderful team. A special thanks to the Shift manager. She was going to each table and making sure they were getting excellent service. Loved the positive environment.

My wife and I visited for lunch at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We were promptly greeted and showed to our table by a nice young lady. We looked thru the menu and decided what we were going to order. We watched the people that came in after us order drinks. We watcged the two tables accross from us get their checks and tables cleared off. We are now about 15 minutes into our experience and nobody had aknowledged us for drinks, apps or to say they would be with us in a minute. Another few minutes passed and we got up and left without ever talking to anyone aside from the hostess. I cannot speak to the food because we never had the pleasure of ordering anything. It smelled good and everyone around us seemed to be enjoying their meals. We will not return.

First to start is not being noted a wait time at all until we heard the host say it to another person, not to mention the dirty tables all complaints over heard by tables around us and thats just to start. Secondly, I waited over a hour simply for kids food that was placed after receiving drinks then my appetizer didn’t come out for over 45mins and just when food started to come out there was hair on my 4 year Son’s Mac and cheese and the pasta my pregnant wife had was over cooked and protein was rubbery. The only positive thing was my server and her genuine service and concerns so thank you Mia B from greenwood park mall. Although experience was absolutely atrocious that was the only bright side to that. Thanks to this experience this was the second redemption I tried to give but it’s not possible at this point. They have went completely down the drain.

Not the greatest dining experience. French fries were old and had sat were mostly brown.. hamburger was the Pressed meat overcooked and not tasty at all. The wings were okay it’s basically as if you got a bag of frozen boneless wings at the store and just poured either hot sauce on it or barbecue that was pretty much about the recipe. Also they offered all you could eat wings but apparently when I paid the bill my son wanted one more order and they said no you can’t have anymore once you’ve paid the bill that’s it so be aware of that do not pay your bill at the table unless you are finished eating which I thought was not only counterproductive for future business but also very tacky as well. And don’t expect service right away because the servers were absolutely the slowest and didn’t seem to care if you had what you needed at all we waited for refills forever on our Cokes. Management apparently just walks around and looks busy because they weren’t helping anyone we asked him for a refill and instead of going to get the refill are himself he went and found our waitress which was apparently already busy as she could take and had her get them. All in all I would not recommend this establishment to anyone that wants a good meal and wants to be treated well by the staff.I Will never eat there again.. PS the onion rings tasted as bad as they looked
