Ordered our food and appetizer….waited and waited for the appetizer never was brought to us. The waitress brings us or food and tell her our app never can no apologies just goes oh I didnt know that….mean while the table that ordered after us got there appetizer….then to be told thats because we have main dishes umm again I was talking about my appetizer….the gm came over barley apologized and said oh we wont pay for the appetizer I then state im not getting it due to the fact it was never brought to us ( the waitress said it was brought to another table) the gm the goes oh well will do something for you im like thank you get the bill and nothing was done….I didnt bother have the gm come over and lie some more like that is just not how you treat your guests I will never return to this location

We came here for dinner on my niece’s 7th birthday. My burger was juicy and cooked well. Fries were well seasoned and crispy. The wings that we ordered were extremely flavorful! Kids had no complaints, of course. Carla provided fantastic service and was great with our kids. A very pleasant experience!

Jace is a blessing. We had a large party come in late and were given excellent service, got our drinks and food, and were so grateful.

The service was abysmal, the food was all wrong, and they charged us extra for things we didn’t even order!!
We waited a long wine for our drinks. Our salads came before our waters and the salads were wrong. Then they were wrong again….. it really wasn’t a difficult order. Our food was burned and stuck to the bottom of the skillet. My friend asked for extra cheese, I didn’t but we were both charged for extra cheese (mine didn’t have extra cheese). They charged us extra for bbq sauce on the side. Charged us extra for waffle fries. The waitress did not communicate there would be extra charges….
We had this exact meal two weeks ago at another Applebees and loved it so much that we returned. This meal was not even close to the one two weeks ago! It was dry, the cheesy sauce burnt, and we each got only one slice of bacon only. The chefs need retraining, it’s not up to Applebees standards. Plus, an older blonde lady came out with food for another table, her longer hair was down, no hair net.
Our waitress delivered our food, we asked for refills on our drinks, but she just never came back…. We had to ask the hostess for refills and bartender to cash us out. The bartender handed our waitress our credit to process. She didn’t apologize for ignoring us. Unacceptable!! Some people aren’t cut out to be wait staff and she was one of them. She had a long braid and bandana on her head, avoid her!!!!

Overall experience was a 0/10. Drinks took almost 15 mins to make it to our table. We have patience so that was minor. I ordered my food with minor modifications along with my sons. The food also took a while to come out. When we received our food it was all wrong resulting the need to send the food back to be fixed. The others who were with us ate their food and we still did not receive ours. By the time it came out, they were done so we just boxed it up to go. When the waitress came out with the bill I asked to speak to the general manager. I knew the general manager was is in the building as they spoke to a table behind us who was experiencing similar issues. When she came out we explained our issue, she spoke a little and apologized. I then asked what she was going to do to accommodate the inconvenience. She the stated “I’m trying to figure out what your getting at”. I politely handed her the receipt and said we would please compensated. She comes back compensated two appetizers. We said thank you and left but we will not be returning. Terrible service and definitely terrible management. Customer service skills need to improve!

I ordered the 6 oz. steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The broccoli was cool and the steak was overcooked, hard to cut and chewy. For dessert I wanted the Brownies Bite with ice cream and they had no ice cream.

This place needs new cooks and new management.
The ONLY reason we stayed was because Mary was so sweet and attentive.
The food was so awful.
We had the fried pickles which came out so overcooked there was no pickles in it when we sent back. Mary came out and said she was told they’re just gonna come out the same way.
When we got the trio appetizer, our wings, barely had sauce on them and were also VERY overcooked.
The atmosphere,
it was very unprofessional the way the other staff talked to Mary was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional.
A new Manager, that actually care’s about the way the service is and food preparation, would do his place some justice. The place could use some updating, the floors are absolutely disgusting.
Only thing we enjoyed was Mary’s company and the drinks she prepared.

We eat at Applebees often. This is the first time that all of the food for my entire family was horrible. Two of us had Chicken and Shrimp, my wife had the trio sampler. The pretzels were burnt, the shrimp was nasty. The only thing edible was the cheese sticks.
It’s really bad when the best part of the meal was the frozen margarita. Don’t go to this location. The food isn’t worth the money. The services is super slow.
Two tickets. Mine was $73.00. I would not have paid 15.00 for it.
The second ticket was $70.00.
I write reviews all of the time and this is the one and only 1-star review I’ve ever written.
Don’t waste your time or money. You’ve been warned.

The manager (Jeanette) and wait staff (Jace) are fabulous! I’m talking GREAT customer service! So hard to find that these days. So it’s a treat to come to this location especially…and just relax and enjoy the dining experience.
