Ordered 6 soft tacos when we got the bag of food, the bag was wet! We opened the tacos and they were soaked in what we hope was beef juice. The tacos were clearly not fresh. It was very obvious that the one who prepared these tacos did not care at all.

This location is actually better than most. The owner happened to be there and he was quite pleasant!
Food was hot, the portions were decent /not chinsy like a lot of them are – which is really appreciated, and everything seemed as fresh as it can be. Dining room small, but seems to be enough for the neighborhood.
It’s 1 mi from my barbershop so I’ll definitely be coming back.

The girls there worked good while having a good time at work. The food is too over priced and i am so disgusted with that fact. What ever happened to being able to eat at taco bell for under ten bucks and walk away stuffed and ready to go eat again the next day ? Lower your prices and see how much better buismess would be once again.

TB and I go wayyy back. I’ve visited more TV locations across the US and overseas that I care to admit but none have come close to this one. Im visiting San Antonio for work and decided to head to the nearest TB for my favorite, it was the best cheesy gordita crunch I’ve ever had. Service was also great.

It’s never so much the food I have an issue with for any Taco Bell but I mobile ordered ahead and checked in through the drive thru. I was greeted by one person and waiting just fine after being handed my drink. Then a second person came to the window telling me that I need to go around the window. I asked what was the reason, and after some small back and forth I couldn’t get a clear answer as to why I had to. She abruptly says never mind with an attitude and tells her staff that I’m not going to go around the window just for my food to come out less than a minute later? Service needs some changing here. Why am I going to drive around and possibly wait longer behind someone or more waiting in line when I paid for my food ahead of time? Make it make sense. Mind you the wait was no more than 5 minutes at the window and no one else in line waiting behind me. Ain’t going back to this location.

Five stars for Crystal who saw I was struggling to use the order kiosk and came to my rescue….. Neither of us could get it to order on there so we finally figured it out on my phone….. I’m older and a little old school I was a little out of it as I just came from some medical treatments…. was a little hungry and had a reward I wanted to use….. she was so patient and kind……… Super hard to find that these days in fast food…. so I just wanted her to know that I really appreciate her kindness…… They do not do manual orders at the front it seems… Only a kiosk inside and I didn’t know that….. Got to BOGO on the five layer burrito looks good can’t wait to try it now.
