We had a really enjoyable visit to Outback Steakhouse, and the food honestly made the experience even better than expected. From the start, the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, with that classic steakhouse vibe that makes you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy a good meal. It is a place where you can sit back, take your time, and enjoy sharing food at the table.
We tried several dishes, and everything came out fresh and full of flavor. The Bloomin Onion was a highlight for sure, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Paired with the dipping sauce, it was hard not to keep going back for more. The coconut shrimp was another favorite, nicely fried with a crunchy coating and served with a sweet dipping sauce that worked really well with the shrimp. Each piece was cooked properly and tasted great.
We also had a wedge style salad, which was fresh, crisp, and generously topped with dressing and cheese. It felt like a solid and refreshing option to balance out the fried and grilled items. Portions overall were generous, making the dishes ideal for sharing, especially if you are dining with family or friends.
Service was friendly and smooth, and everything arrived in good time without feeling rushed. The staff made the experience easy and pleasant. Overall, Outback Steakhouse is a reliable choice when you want comforting food, good portions, and a relaxed dining environment. Much better meals this time. I got the Alice springs chicken w baked potato and Caesar salad. The salad was way overdressed, but the chicken was moist and flavorful, and the potato was large and cooked well. The boneless rib eye with garden salad and broccoli was also excellent. The downside is that they don’t have a lunch menu on the weekends, so our lunch for two came to $76 including tip. CRAZY expensive.

My meal was such a disappointment. I usually get the steakhouse salad, but I tried the wedge & sirloin salad instead this time. Won’t make that mistake again. It came with three thin slices of steak and one lonely, tiny cherry tomato. The lettuce wedge was quite small too, and the outer piece was wilted/browning. I would have left here very hungry still, if my bf hadn’t given me his side baked potato. The server wasn’t very attentive – he asked if we wanted more bread, and then he forgot about it. A manager ended up noticing and bringing more.

We had not been to Outback’s in quite some time after they stopped serving the creamy onion soup my husband loved…..but we went this weekend and were reminded of just how good it can be. We started off with the Sydney Shrooms, which were so delicious! We can’t wait to have these again. We all got one of the combination dinners with Steak/Alice Springs Chicken and one of the Steak/Ribs. We chose to add the garlic butter and mushroom steak toppers which were both very tasty. For sides we chose a variety of salads and the Losded Baked Potato Soup and Loaded Baked Potatoes. Our meals were served in perfect timing, allowing us to eat bread and the appetizers right up until entrees served. Not to mention the drinks – be sure to try the Huckleberry Hooch Moonshine, which is DELICIOUS!! Our server was friendly, helpful, and just the right amount of fun for a late Saturday night dinner/ drinks with friends… Perfect dinner! Our only regret was not saving room for dessert!

I actually need to makean unusual type of review.I wasn’t even there,but I would like to thank the staff that was working the night of January 20th.My son is special needs and taking him out to eat has always been somewhat of a challenge because he has autism and cerebral palsy and can get a little noisy and he obviously does not have the same table manners as other people. But I was told by my son’s caregiver who took him there last night for dinner that the staff there treated him with dignity and went out of their way to acknowledge and not make us feel like we were out of place. I want to personally think the waitress whose name was Katie because my son’s caregiver said that she made Tyler’s night and went out of her way to make their dining experience a pleasant one but also I was told that my son had one of the best nights she had ever seen him have, so thank you to the staff of Outback Steakhouse and thank you so much that now I will be bringing my son there for dinner tonight to personally thank you all and show my gratitude and I recommend to anybody that they should eat at this restaurant not only because of the good food but also because of the best customer service!

This Outback Steakhouse location was definitely not up to standards. There was an obvious lack of customers (limited amount of cars in the parking lot / maybe three to five tables sat). I have been to Outback Steakhouse’s in other states and this was by far the worst one. We spent a good chunk of money here for my husband’s birthday and were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and food quality. We were sat quickly but waited an insane amount of time to be greeted by our server. By the time she came to our table we were ready to order everything (we ordered our meals before the complimentary bread and butter arrived). My husband ordered an adult beverage and was curious to see if she would actually check his birth date and was baffled that she didn’t notice. We ordered the most expensive steak and the most expensive lobster and they both weren’t cooked correctly. Not only was the food not up to par, but the server checked on us once IN PASSING to another table. We finished eating and waited 15-20 minutes for the check to arrive (we had to ask her in passing for our check). The lack of genuine customer service here is truly incredible to witness. I will say that we will never come to this location again. It was definitely a waste of time and money.

Went on a Saturday at Lunch. Restaurant is located in an odd location. It was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday, I thought. The waiter was very helpful. The food was okay. The blooming onion was a bit disappointing and soggy. The new blooming shrimp was very good, but spicy. The ribs were great!

Super disappointed… I had the Victoria Cut filet mignon and it was not tender at all. When we got there they were not busy and a fairly empty restaurant at lunch time but they couldn’t seat us for over 20 minutes because they didn’t have a wait staff available to cover several stations. For the price it was not worth it. Also the restaurant is getting super dated and needs a freshening up.

We went there shortly after opening for lunch, the restaurant was not overly busy.After we received our meal, my steak was quite a bit over cooked, not at all what I asked for. Our server did not return, ran out of water and eventually ate about half my meal before giving up. A different server came to finish the experience; I told her my steak was not good, she responded, “OH no… would anyone like desert?” Outback no longer has Foster’s on draft… I just don’t see any reason to go back here.
