The fries were pretty good, but the sliders (Krystal) smelled weird, the meat looked weird, and the buns were extremely wet and soggy, despite not having any sauces or pickles. I have texture issues and soggy bread grosses me out. I ordered 3 but they were too gross for me to eat the last one. The service was also not great, I ordered on Grubhub, walked in and up to the counter. No one was at the cash register so I just waited for someone to help, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence, they were not busy either, the place had like 2 customers. The parking lot also has barricades and only has visible parking lines on the very outside of the lot for some reason.

I have legitimately never had a good experience at this place and it sucks because I work odd hours and it’s one of the few places open very late. The workers are rude. You’ll wait 45 minutes for food to come out cold or completely old and stale. You’re lucky to even get the food you paid them for.

The food is generally good; however drive thru service is terrible. The woman would not say anything when I pulled up and finally I said “Hello!” She replied, “Ma’m, could you please hold.” After 5 min with no response I asked, “Ma’m, should I pull around to order?” She replies, “Ma’m, please hold!” She then said, “Go ahead with your order, ma’m.” While I was ordering she said, “Ma’m, please hold.” Once I pulled around to the window, she told me I would have to pull around into the parking lot and she would bring out my food. There was NO ONE in line waiting and I knew it would be another 5-10 min before I got my food, if then! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Terrible service!!!

I only use the app. Every time I go to pick up my order something is wrong. No slush or ice cream after 5pm. An hour wait for food. NO REFUNDS. So ordering slush in app after 5pm then go to pick up, “We don’t serve ice cream or slush after 5. You want something else?” “Yes a refund please.” “I can’t do that. You’ll have to talk the gm. She’s only here on mornings.” Go in at morning time and talk to gm, “I don’t do refunds.”
My last order, 12 of my sackfuls were all soggy. 6 were not supposed to have mustard, pickles, or onions. I was short 1 chicken wing, $1.66. I called the established twice and no one answered or called back. I filled out a form online 28 days ago. I have not received a phone call or email.

Food was good. Definitely brought back the nostalgia from vacations as a kid visiting my grandparents.
The reason this is 4 star and not 5 is because the wait time for the food in the drive thru was at least 10 minutes and one of the employees had his mask under his chin the entire time talking with customers and handling food/money.
Also, we got chili cheese fries and the employee put it in the bag sideways and handed it to us like that. So, that’s why the fries look like that in the image.

It seems like everytime I go to the drive thru, they don’t have supplies like , biscuits or coffee or coffee cups or sausage .

Waited 5 minutes in drive thru for car in front of us to drive off. Pulled up to speaker, was told after another 5 minutes waiting would be 20 minutes for any food.
