Prepare to be disappointed! worst del taco I have ever seen.. kiosk only on dine in but it doesn’t work! staff was hostile and rude, wait time was insane and tacos are practically empty even when you order the “big” ones… never coming back to this location again

placed a mobile order and waited an extra 10 mins and then went in line, and i noticed that when i pulled into the drive thru the employees were just standing outside smoking and not even working on the order. and i STILL got parked afterwards, waited atleast 25 minutes for a mobile order. and on top of it all they were extremely rude ♀️

My entire order was absolutely disgusting, the taco shells were old and had a weird taste, I almost threw up. I paid 1.50 for two little small cups a pico de Gallo and it was mainly tomatoes and cilantro, there were barely any onions if any at all. It didn’t even taste like Pico. The fries were fresh but over cooked, so they were hard and had no salt. I stopped going to this del taco for the same reason with the shells being old and I decided to give them a chance tonight but I won’t be going back. I spent over $20 and didn’t eat one thing.

Been coming here for a while, but today I had the worst experience. I used the app to place an order and they have a “I’m Here” button so they can make the food when you show up. The button wasn’t working so I went inside to explain to the cashier who rudely cut me off before I could explain and she pointed to where my order was. I asked her, “Is this why the ‘I’m Here’ button wasn’t working?” She responded sassy, “I don’t know, probably.” She clearly filled out and application for a job she didn’t want to work, and now I have cold food. My taco also had very little meat, no lettuce, and just a tiny pinch of cheese. So much for the “I’m here” option, because they will make your food anyways, so if you are 45 minutes away, don’t even bother. I should have gone across the street to Taco Bell where they actually know customer service.

The drive thru speaker definitely needs to be fixed or replaced; the workers can’t hear the customers and vice versa. I used to work at a drive thru with a bad speaker and I know how headache-inducing it is to deal with that all day. Management — please care enough about your workers to harass corporate about it. Fellow customers — please bother corporate about it, not the workers.

Late night pregnancy snack ruined. Wish I could give zero stars. Never order delivery with them ever. Me being pregnant I got such a craving for chilli fries and was so excited to order. When my food arrived my chilli fries were so undercooked the cheese wasn’t melted and when I bit into the fry it was soggy uncooked and cold do you know what something like that will do to a pregnant woman? The rest of my order was cold as well. I’m so upset craving ruined and still hungry over here. You guys suck

Sprite tasted watered down, fries were old and unsalted. The fish tacos were given to us WET. The entire bag was wet! Paid $30 for terrible food. This place needs a new manager if these problems happen at lunchtime.

Worst I had them remake my order and still they slapped the food together. first toppings meat, cheese, lettuce not in the tortilla. No tomatoes order the new stuffed quesadilla taco because I ordered one for lunch earlier at the del taco on bear valley and I Ave was really good, but this restaurant make not ever want to go there again. Never again will I go there for anything I will drive to the bear valley location or Navajo location. Total of 12 messed up tacos and the manager gonna say we can remake them you just remade it and no difference. Not toasted at all. They are quesadilla tacos they suppose to be toasted. YES give me my money back. Remade the tacos at home and did not have enough meat as I told them nor lettuce. Waste of time at that place. Don’t go there go to another location . Made mine own with care. That is what the night crew up there lack care.

Worst Del Taco in the desert. Food is consistently not hot, small size and made poorly. Literally drive to any other Del if you can. UPDATE so corporate sent me a coupon to try this place again and again not hot, small size (compared to all other dels) and this time dirty with a wet tray and crud as seen in the pic. Avoid here.

Drove by for a quick meal. Tried out the tamale meal. Comes with 2 tamales, red and green sauce with fries and a drink.
Don’t come at me, but they were actually really good! Like better than some señoras tamales I’ve tried before. They weren’t dry and filled up with flavorful meat.
Lady at the window was very nice she greeted me with a beautiful smile and they handed me my food pretty quickly.
