Hurt me to my heart I had to give them a star. They should get zero stars. I visit this restaurant on my lunch break. I ordered a double stack no pickles, no mustard like the little biggie bag. The entire meal was old not to include that I received a single burger that was so overcooked and old With tomatoes that I don’t eat and bacon that I don’t eat the entire meal was old. It’s like it had been sitting for days. The fries seemed like they got the fries that drops in the bottom of grease and sits there. I threw those out the window on my way back to work I threw the nuggets out on my way back to work. I did think I could at least get my burger. Well surprise surprise then I called and as I’m speaking with the manager on duty, she hangs up in my face and I tried to call back thinking maybe she hung up on an accident no, she did not please whatever you do do not visit the Wendy’s in Fayetteville at 800 South Glen St. they make you sit there so that their time doesn’t run up waiting for the car to move in front of you so the line is always long because there’s three car links in between each car and the food is still not fresh. Make it make sense and the employees always have attitudes. I would never eat at this Wendy’s ever in life again as a matter of fact, it makes me not want to eat at Wendy’s. I am also sending an email to the corporate office.

Typically this location has many cars in the drive thru lane, but this day there were only three cars ahead of me. I have always be pleasantly surprised by the speed of service, which again today was true. The food was hot and fresh and was exactly as ordered. The employees were friendly and courteous. I have never had a bad experience at this location, the food has always been correct, and the employees have always done their job. I can only say good things based on my experiences.

Ordering at this location was a breeze but, when it comes to the quality of the food after 7pm you can forget it. Everything was correct but the fries were sorta crispy burnt. The spicy chicken sandwich seemed like it was microwaved ,over cooked & dry. This has happened a few times before but we thought that maybe they had a couple of rough shifts but it’s just that food quality after the pandemic has gone down.

I have been going to this location for years and I have never had an issue. Recently, I went to get some food and upon driving up to the window to grab my food I was told and I quote word for word from one of the employees, “I hope you burn your mouth with these fries.” The other employees working that night proceeded to laugh instead of having customer service. This was extremely unprofessional and very rude to say to their customer. After he gave me my fries, he then goes to make my drink and comes back and says that he is joking but I never found it funny. I won’t be coming back to this location. I think this situation was very unwelcoming.

HORRIBLE customer service. Whoever was the manager around 11:30 on Saturday 9/27 needs to learn how to manage and how to talk to people. This is the second time this has happened with the same lady. I understand if Wendy’s wants to charge for sauces…I don’t mind paying, but my husband added them to our order at the DT speaker ahead of time. Then we stop to get our receipt. Then we go to the window and they did not put the sauces because we didn’t pay for them. If they had charged us at the first window that wouldn’t have been a problem. Of course my husband is annoyed because anything he says they get an attitude about. And on top of that she says they can only take cash for them. Then we pay and get the sauces and the lady mutters something under her breath about him. Incredibly rude and not handled well.
First time it happened they didn’t even tell us until we were getting our food and claimed they couldn’t take his payment at the window so he had to get out of the car just to go pay for some sauces.

Very clean store. From what I could see, the staff did not wear gloves or hairnet. The lady that got my food had on no gloves after handling cash. That’s definitely nasty. I don’t eat Wendy’s, I only came to get food for someone else. Also the manager didn’t have one on either. Please do better.

My wife and I went there for lunch. The hamburgers were cold. The fries were barely warm and the service was terrible. I asked for my cheese on the Baconator to be on the side. A lady cook came out and was very angry that I was asking for something different than the norm. I told her that other Wendy’s did that for me all the time. She was very unhappy and very unprofessional.

Tonight I ordered one of the worse meals at this location. This restaurant is usually one of the better Wendy’s in the area. The hamburger was dry and had 3/4 ring of an onion slice. The French fries were lukewarm. The cheeseburger was dry, had a small piece of lettuce and a lot of mayo. A waste of money!

The male manager was great! I give him a 5 star! His coworkers could learn from his kindness and professionalism. I was in the drive through. The 2 cars ahead of me paid at the first window, the girl working the register left to go to the other window so I proceeded forward to the 2nd window thinking she had changed positions. The next thing I hear is “hey, hey” the girl working the second window told me I had to pay at the first window ( so do you expect me to walk back there and pay or drive around and reorder?!?! I had already been in line for 10 minutes) the manager heard her and said no she doesn’t, you have a register right here she can pay at. He took my payment and fixed my order. I apologized for the misunderstanding and he said it was not an issue. He was very polite and professional but other staff are clearly lacking in that department!
